  1. Not too well based on me seeing them. I don't see many of either, especially Liberites compared to how the old one sold when it came out.
  2. Optimism over being realistic? I hope you're joking. Look at GM's Sky/Solstice. IIRC, I read an article somewhere saying they're having trouble unloading them now that initial demand has been filled. So, based on that fact, how do you think a 2 seat Ford roadster would do in the long run? IMO, not too well as a consistent seller, at least not as well as a Flex could do. With Flex, you know that there's always going to be somebody who will need that vehicle a vehicle you can pile tons of stuff, people, whatever into, while still being fuel efficient and stylish (yes, I like it). With a small roadster, there's not necessarily always going to be a market for that type of vehicle, I know you're going to argue about the Miata, but that is an established, proven model that has it's own following already.
  3. I think at the moment, BMW pulls off the corporate grille the best.
  4. Wow, I thought you were saying the top pictures were a Chevy, until I saw the word "Maverick" on the one picture. The Camaro and that do really look alike. I agree, the Mustang interior looks a lot better.
  5. It looks like it's pretty close to production trim, if it is just a test mule, as you said.
  6. Yes, but when the concept interior wasn't that attractive, it doesn't matter about the concept to production transition. I don't like the interior.
  7. You don't need to do any of that, they'll fall apart by themselves.
  8. I've seen these commercials. They're very annoying.
  9. Oh, I see what you're saying. It's possible, I suppose. Depends what each company does regarding incentives.
  10. I think that's what he meant, since his other percentage was compared to the Freestyle.
  11. So something about this size (see Ford 54 picture) w/ Thunderbird cues (see Thunderbird pictures)?
  12. Getting confused w/ European model designations? BTW, earlier, you said the Platinum interior was different than the Lariat interior. I was wondering if it's completely different, like the Silverado's "work" interior vs. the "luxury" interior difference, or if it's slightly different like the Lariat vs. King Ranch difference?
  13. I noticed that too, this is actually the Ranger replacement, in Mustang disguise (that'd be strange, but what if it was?).
  14. Thanks for the suggestions. When I get a chance, I may alter/fix the picture. On your comment about the axles, I just used whatever the Bronco concept had, the only alteration I made to the picture was stretching it and adding an extra set of doors. As you said, the 2-door model wouldn't sell because it's not practical for most customers.
  15. In my area, the only Wranglers I see are the 4 door models (I rarely saw any before, and now see the occasional 2 door). However, these 4 door customers would likely never take the vehicle off road, so off-roading capabilities are likely not needed for most 4-door customers.
  16. Interesting...so it'll be pretty capable then, theoretically?
  17. http://www.leftlanenews.com/pontiac-g8-wagon-future.html Here's spy shots of what they think is a mule for the G8 wagon, based off the Commodore.
  18. According to an article linked to in another thread, Toyota sold about 197K Tundras this year, so if suv_guy's number for Ram sales is right, then there's no way Tundra outsold Ram.
  19. I agree. The center stack is horrible, also, the steering wheel's center doesn't appear to be centered. I'm not sure if thats on purpose or not, but it seems odd. Also the guage area is a little strange as well, the surrounding cluster is strange.
  20. I read this over at Leftlanenews. http://www.leftlanenews.com/gm-cancels-v8-...r-cadillac.html Apparently Ford isn't the only company who is switching from V8s to higher output V6s.
