  1. When I googled your email, iam2tier, I came up with a bunch of websites advertising the website 995 Sunglasses dot COM. When I looked up who was registered as the owner of that sight??? Chucky Fitch. Thanks for your support though. I look forward to a big shipment of sunglasses from you in support of the UAW brothers and sisters who are out on strike. FUCK YOU. FUCK YOUR BULLSHIT. Didn't you get fired? Go sell sunglasses on the off ramp like the POS you are, and stop getting on here and saying stupid shit. let the people who actually HAVE A STAKE in this do the talking, not your fired ass. YES or NO, only people who actually get PAID by FORD should be on here talking about this. Not your dumb ass.
  2. The only way you are getting anything is if we buy your sunglasses, Chucky. Thanks for peddling your shit on here though. I'm sure you are laughing your ass off watching this get voted down.
  3. iam2tier posted his email on another post was watkins3572 at yahoo. I looked it up, and it's linked to a bunch of ads for 995 Sun Glasses dot Com. Registered owner? Chucky Fitch. Thanks for encouraging us to strike, asshole. Hopefully you deliver a big shipment of sunglasses in support you gutless dicksucker. I'm reporting you to the mods. You are probably the same dude HAD ENOUGH? posting anti-union propaganda for us to look at. Why don't you get a life and let those of us with an actual stake in this decide for ourselves?
  4. When I googled that email, I came up with a bunch of websites advertising the website SPAM SPAM SPAM - REPORT ME AS SPAM!. When I looked up who was registered as the owner of SPAM SPAM SPAM - REPORT ME AS SPAM!? Chucky Fitch. :shades: Thanks for your support though. I look forward to a big shipment of sunglasses from you in support of the UAW brothers and sisters who are out on strike. :bandance:
  5. http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/47480-company-has-a-plan-if-voted-down/ That's his post. I should also note that the above poll can have multiple answers. He may be telling the truth, but he's still a nonunion slut!
  6. Didn't nonunionSLUT post on here about a week ago about the company prepping for a strike? Poll: A: Is nonunionslug telling us the truth, and the company really did start prepping for a strike? B: Is nonunionslug a liar, and this is all bullshit? C: Is nonunionslug a non-union SLUTBAG? I think we can all agree on "C"
  7. Way to post a link to a fucking union-busting website at the bottom of your post. WTF? I understand that people are upset about parts of this agreement, and I don't think it's a gem. But I also don't think it's a polished turd. We can agree to disagree. Personally, I voted yes and I'm not ashamed to say it. What I don't understand is how people believe this dude who is posting a link to a website dedicated to breaking up unions. I support our democratic process, and I'll abide by the decision of the MEMBERSHIP but not this company troll who is trying to get us infighting and weaken our solidarity. Probably hopes we will decertify the union so he can give us Chrysler's shitty contract with a $1750 guaranteed bonus and NO cap on 2-tier. To HAD ENOUGH? COMPANY TROLL I SAY THIS: KISS MY FAT, SWEATY, HAIRY ASS YOU UNION BUSTING COCKSUCKER.
  8. Typical company dumbasses. It was probably my supervisor
  9. You make 100k?!?!??! WTF!!! I need to transfer to KTP!! They pay you guys a lot more than us up here in Michigan.
  10. So by your logic, the only way for me to NOT have done it would be...? Sorry I was having a few beers watching the Tigers DOMINATE last night, and I didn't realize right away that this is probably not Gary Walkowitz, and I was confused by the letter. Although, it sounds about as coherent to me as most of the stuff Gary puts out. Anyway, I voted yes, and so did a lot of people I know. So I guess me and all the people that voted yes too are company suckass, nutless, IUAW staffers. Whatever.
  11. And continues...http://finance.townhall.com/columnists/johnransom/2011/10/12/$58-an-hour_uaw_workers_kill_$16k_ford_bonus_as_stingy Sheesh
  12. Do you really drive a made in mexico fusion, telling us what our forefathers fought for?
  13. That is against everything BON stands for! LOL! But, true. Everyone should look at the big picture and figure out how they should vote. It's not a perfect agreement, but it's a good agreement. Don't listen to all the crazies on here. and GO TIGERS!!! 4-1!!
  14. Go LIONS!!! and...GOOOOOO TIGERS!!!!
  15. yep, it was definitely me that did it. i impersonate gary walkowitz, then, just to make it believable, i am the FIRST person to post on it. because that isn't obvious...
  16. This guy is definitely a non-union slut. Probably management scare tactics, but some of the stuff he says is factual. theres some posts on the uawford facebook from people saying if we strike over economic issues the company has the legal right to hire replacement workers without any guarantee we get our jobs back. there's some nlrb case that says that. i don't like all of this contract, but i'm not willing to strike over it. just saying..
  17. Gary has gone off the deep end. I vote YES TO NEW INVESTMENT! YES TO INCREASED PROFIT SHARING! AND YES! YES! YES! TO JOBS!!! I feel sorry for the people he represents. No wonder we hear horror stories out of DTP...
  18. If this is true, solidarity is gone. I see a lot of people on here saying "WE ARE THE UAW." If that's the case, what does the UAW stand for today? Seems to me if WE are the UAW, the UAW stands for the same thing Mulally stands for: Get me more money at any cost. I don't care if I could help out a neighbor by providing a decent job at a stable company, I'd rather get more money for me. We should be ashamed.
  19. So you quote Walter Reuther at the top saying we should help the weak, then you tell our brothers and sisters at Chrysler to go get fucked because Ford didn't take a bailout so we should get ours and get it now and if Marchionne wants to hire 100% entry-level that's their problem, not ours. We need to get PAID because Ford is making a profit, and SCREW our brothers and sisters at GM and Chrysler because they went bankrupt and had to take a bailout. That's pathetic. Our UNION is more than just FORD. Remember that, people. United AUTO Workers. Not Just United FORD Workers.
  20. What do they lose? You don't seem to understand that a lot of people blame the UAW for the bankruptcy of GM and Chrysler. I've said this on other threads and I'll say it again, I bet Mulally has a bunch of advertisements in his pocket that say something along the lines of "Ford didn't take the bailout money, now the UAW is trying to punish Ford (cut to UAW picket lines). Would you like a job making $16/hour making an American vehicle for an American company that DIDN'T take a bailout? Sign up at www.ford.com" Some lady posted on the Facebook page that if we strike over economic issues (i.e. COLA and wage increases) that the company can legally hire temps. It's fucked up, but it's true. So PR works both ways. Spin this headline: 10% UNEMPLOYMENT AND UAW WORKERS SAY 10K SIGNING BONUS NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP JOBS how are you going to spin that?
  21. Are you really going to injure another human being for trying to get a job when there are about 30 million people unemployed because there are no wage increases and your profit sharing is capped at 12 thousand? To me, that's despicable.McDonald's recently hired like 50k people in 1 day and had more applications than they knew what to do with. Fucking MCDONALDS!!!! MINIMUM WAGE!!!! I'm not getting rich off this job, but I'm not going broke either. I made some choices in my life that dictated that my job is going to be working in a factory at Ford. So be it. I want to impart to my child the lessons that I've learned and work my ass off to make sure he has a better life, and this job affords me the opportunity to do that. Am I completely happy with this contract and think it's the best there ever was? NO. Would I like to see COLA back and a 3% wage increase every year? HELL YES! But, I also look at the broader picture. When I see my neighbors getting their homes foreclosed on, when I see people just barely scraping by, I thank my lucky stars that I have this job. And I already know people will say "it's people like you who think they should just be happy to have a job that are the problem with this UNION." Why don't you go talk to some people who aren't in your area? Talk to some teachers with a Master's degree they are paying off making 1/3 of what we are. Talk to some people who got laid off. Talk to some neighbors about their financial situation and how they are scraping by. Yeah, we may have to do without the bass boat or the new flat screen TV, but can our kids still eat? YES. Can we still get them christmas presents? YES. When did the middle class start thinking they were the upper class? That we were ENTITLED to the shit that we've been buying because we worked unlimited overtime in the past? We have a problem in America to be sure. But it isn't with this contract. It's with the ME ME ME attitude. It's with the MORE MORE MORE attitude. It's with people who think that whatever they have it just ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH and it's not WHAT THEY DESERVE. Guess what? That's exactly what the people on Wall Street say every fucking day. We are the MIDDLE CLASS. We WORK FOR A LIVING. And Frankly, brothers and sisters, a lot of people need to manage their money better and look IN instead of OUT for the problem. I see it all the time in my plant, people living paycheck to paycheck. I know that isn't the situation of some people. Some people have elderly parents they are taking care of, and other circumstances that make it hard on them. But nobody said it was going to be easy. We made our choice to be factory workers, and nobody said it was going to be easy and we were going to have cushy lives with all the money we could ever want. Maybe it's time for an honest accounting of how WE, individually, do our business. We also need to look at our politicians and how they do theirs. We need to get involved, beyond just contract time. That's my two cents anyway. Take it or Leave it. (Here's anticipating 20 comments saying "leave it")
  22. They told us that there is an 1850 hour cap on what you put in, but no cap on what you take out on hours. It's just a $12k cap on what you can take out (meaning before we saw the raw end of that cap Ford would have to make 12 billion in North America alone, which, here's hoping). Hope that helps, got the info from my informational meeting!
  23. So you are voting this down so we get another $1000? I'm not sure I understand your point.
