  1. Haha, 2012! Mine should be in shortly. I bet it's a 2012 one, too. :/
  2. Yeah, the climate "quarter" is controlable via the RH display cluster using the steering wheel control. As Bailey said, not sure about the defrosting and such, but the fan and temp control is there, as well as voice control.
  3. When I ordered mine, I was able to "lock in" the current rebate/incentive, which was the "family plan pricing" in Canada, it was almost 2 months expired by the time I got my car. But, I still got it. If anything happened to come along between the time that I placed the order and the time I took delivery, I could choose which ever was greater. I think in the legals somewhere it states that if you factory order or take delivery of a vehicle during the incentive/rebate program, you're elegible. Not sure how exactly it works down there right now with the simple cash-back rebates, though.
  4. Where's the option for "I was one of the lucky ones who received my Fusion" ? But, I would have considered the Altima if I were back in the market again.
  5. Mine are getting swapped out for 16" steelies tomorrow morning. I don't want to take any chances. My 2004 Explorer had some pretty decent wear on the wheels from winters, it tends to cause the paint to bubble up, usually starts around the areas the tire weights are, and around the lip, they were painted aluminum like the Fusion. Will take a few years anyways before any corrosion starts, unless you run the wash like once a week. Pricing is totally different from up here to down where you are, but I think Tire Rack has a "Prefered" winter 16" package with Blizzaks and Steelies for around 6-700ish, costs me 1099ish out the door from them due to shipping charges, so I ended up ordering my set through the dealership since the pricing is around the same, and they'll mount them for me.
  6. Perfect! Let me know if they find anything loose in there!
  7. I think it looks pretty darn nice, first pictures you posted, to me it looked a little too dark. But, these ones it looks alright and pretty accurate. It's pretty hard to get good shots of window tinting. Almost never looks like it does in person.
  8. I only have one minor rattle, it's in/around the passenger front door tweeter. Can hear it with the bass up in music, and some bumpy road surfaces. That and sunglasses do rattle like a biatch in the holder with the music up, hah.
  9. I did quite the trip today, mostly highway. Close to a couple hundred miles or so. Going by the car, I was got an average of 27.7mpg. I'm happy with that. Car just hit around 620 miles, so it's still pretty fresh. Average temp 30 degrees, wet roads.
  10. I had to go to the options/settings, and then to the update screen to load the USB thing, didn't just fire off automatically. As for the health report, it's not available here in Canada I don't think so I can't help you there.
  11. I cannot wait, car is going in tomorrow to have a set of 4 Blizzak's installed + AWD and the weight of these cars.. it should be quite the beast. And yes, not looking forward to using the front end as a plow. We frequently get over a foot of snow + high winds and drifting here. I had just over 15 inches of ground clearance (lowest point on the frame) in my Explorer after the lift, so this will be a little different.
  12. And yes, I do love the easy fuel - That's fun, until I reach over to the pump to grab the cap that isn't there!
  13. Last time I filled mine, I just went from quarter tank to a few cents after it clicked off just to round off the number. I don't really want to risk sucking gas into the emissions system. Which was around 10 gallons +/-
  14. It is the same thing we were talking about, actually has nothing to do with overheating. Apparently the batch of headlights weren't cured properly during the manufacturing process, and the heat from the bulbs can cause some hazing of the lens, which may reduce visibility. Not as serious as it's made out to be.
  15. That's alright, the Government of Canada's "fuel consumption guide" has my AWD Titanium listed at 45mpg (Imperial, which is deceiving) 9.5L /100km City, and 6.3L/100km Highway, which works out to 24.76 mpg city / 37.3 mpg Highway in US -- Which I thought was rather hillarious, they must have coasted down a hill for their testing. Best I've hit so far is 8.5ish on the highway which is 27.6 mpg, mind you it's cold as hell, and the car only has 430 miles on it.

Yeah, seems a bit odd. Mine was shipped out almost a day or two after being built
  18. Probably caught wind of it somehow, it's definitely not new news. I'm actually rather surprised the media did not catch on to it earlier.

Luckily mine was built just after the TBD fiasco, I'm currently driving the car as of Saturday the 1st. Love it :D
  20. I think they like to use the term "fire" because, maybe that's the only thing they can say to have people take a recall seriously. If you look at the majority of recalls, most can result in "fire".
  21. Yeah, mine has those lights too during the remote start, I took a look inside the lens, and there's a small bulb to the upper left of the highbeam bulb. Kind of neat, I'd like if mine used that as the DRLs instead of the low beams, but oh well. The DRLs are the projectors low beams on reduced intensity when you put the car in drive. The car looks amazing!
  22. I think the 1.6 recall would be worse right now, as there's no fix. However, the TBD black hole is just as bad. But, they did say they were hoping to have all the units shipped by the end of Dec. Now, imagine TBD + Recall
  23. Could use the clever pen holder in the center colsole ;p
  24. Black is nice, but It's already dirty as hell, hah.
  25. My car was built Nov 14th, and arrived at the dealership on the 28th
