  1. Hi Cyberdman, Can you check on the following 2014 Explorer Limited 2WD 1FM5K7F80EGB07890
  2. don't forget IRS and adaptive cruise control!
  3. I had my hopes of going for a 2015 Mustang but from the looks of the nose and now the center stack, this looks more and more like a major "refresh" then more of a redesign. Not sure if I like what I'm seeing so far.
  4. Agreed.. You guys ever see the renderings on how the 1994 Mustang was going to look like and then it looked nothing like it. This to me looks to much like the current model. I thought this was going to be a total new redesign?
  5. Hey I have a 2001 with absolutely zero issues.. but then again I just hit 52K miles.
  6. My garage is stocked with products from Adam's Polishes along with a variety of different polishers. Two much to list on an individual basis but I do detailing on the side. Also my final coat of wax on my red mustang is a product call DoDo Juice Orange Crush. 1. Synthetic wax/sealant 2. Pure Carnuba wax 3. Dodo Juice Orange Crush You want the synthetic as the foundation as it is the hardest and most durable of the three. It will last the driving season and with stands higher temperatures. Carnuba will essentially melt off the car when left in the sunlight for a few days. DoDo Juice Orange Crush, well don't expect that to last at all. I usually use that pre car show as a little bottle is $70. It makes the paint pop in color but it is not considered any form of protection.
  7. Depends on what you are doing with your Mustang? Is it kept stock? Do you run it year round? Do you drive in the rain? I currently have Nitto 555's on mine sized at 235's in the front and 255's in the back on an 18" wheel. Traction is great. I try not to drive in the rain but if I do get stuck in the rain, I am not worried about traction. However my car is not an all season vehicle and stays in the garage during the fall-spring weather. I can tell you to stay away from Eagle's. Those are terrible. Some of my friends that use their cars year around, run Continental's at their mustangs and have had good results.
  8. I would like to see just an HID option rather then it being clustered with a group. I believe right now for the limiteds it's package 302A. Well I don't necessarily want all that extra's that package includes but would just add the HID's. Guess it'll be time to look for some aftermarket HID options when the truck comes in..
  9. Now this would be great! I would easily get rid of the third row seats as I don't have any use for them in my limited. So I guess they are going to stay folded all the time. Two more weeks before I take delivery!
  10. Ha! Where was this when I was ordering my EXP 2 months ago. Anyways I got what I want after I gave up at one dealer cause he kept telling me power folding mirrors do not come on Limited models. LOL I laughed and walked out.
  11. Thanks Nick! Guess it's time I sign up after trolling for a while!
  12. Alright everyone. Have a '14 Explorer Limited V6 FWD, white platinum, stone interior, 301A package with BLISS on order. Should be here at the end of the month? Just wondering what are some of the "must have's" or first mods to these things. Obviously I'm not looking for ripping the motor apart or anything mechanical, just simple things that current Explorer owners deemed as "you should have this". One of the first things I am however thinking about getting is Weather Tech's. I have those on my Avalanche right now and love them. The only part I'm undecided on is if I want the short trunk mat (3rd row seats up) or the longer cargo mat (3rd row seats down). It seams if I go with the longer one, it would be a pain in the a$$ to put the 3rd row up and roll the mat up. Also thinking about tinting the front windows to match the rest of the factory tint.
  13. I noticed the same thing when we ordered our 14 last month. I also have an 07 Avalanche like you do, which I'm keeping. The Avalanche is a much taller vehicle then the Explorer and when looking at the Explorer it is much easier to get in and out of it then the Avalanche. Are you sure you need to the steps? It will probably lower some of your ground clearance if you put them on.
  14. Never mind on my questions. Stupid newb question and I just read the rules. I've actually read this forum before just never registered.

    Saying Hello

Hello everyone. Came across this site as I was looking for more info on a vehicle I have on order '14 Explorer Limited. Also own a 01 Steeda Mustang and yes there's a Chevy in the garage too. This leads me to my first question, how come I can't start a new question in the Vehicle Locator forum? -Mario
