I'm in the same boat. Ordered from a dealer, no email, no contact. After a week went back in person and was told they had not had time to order it yet. Started looking around at the stickers on their lot and they all had ADM, and a bunch of other dealer mark up including $70 bucks for wheel locks. Went to another dealer and placed an order. Got the confirmation email while I was still there and and a written guarantee that they were no additional mark ups. Called and told the first dealer to cancel. Two days latter they left me a voice mail stating my truck was on order. Still no email. I have not been back to them since. Doubt they would cancel the order even if I did.

Can’t help with a CD I use AllDataDIY and it seems to be the manufacturer data.

San Antonio, 7.3 Lariat, CCSB with no commodities. Ordered Jan 29th Notified two weeks ago that I have a build date for 3/28. Guess I am one of the lucky ones. Priority code 10.

Do the covers interfere with the seat ventilation or heating?

I am also bumped. Ordered 1/27 Scheduled and Vin 2/10 for 3/28 Bumped to 4/4 No commodity items on a Lariat, 7.3, CCSB, SRW.

On the lariat adding the upfitter switches added the 240 amp alternator but did not add dual batteries on the configuration tool.

Probably not but when I read the order guide I saw this. So I added it to my build. (7.3 CCSB) NOTE 3: Dual Battery (86M) recommended with 6.2L or 7.3L Gasoline Engines; See Body Builders Layout Book for details

It’s a clear lens with an amber light.

Makes me wonder if there allotment is really low or their ordering is incompetent.

In San Antonio, There were three that would and two that would not. I ordered from the closest one that would accept it. Waited a week and had not heard anything, so I went in to ask about my order and they said they had not gotten around to entering it yet, so I canceled and ordered from the second dealer, received my confirmation email while I was setting at the table. The other question to ask is if they require any dealer added options. One of the local dealers would accept x-plan but I had to get their window tint, paint and fabric protection for 2000 bucks, I declined.

The camera is integrated into the Sync screen.

What's the normal turn around between delivered and picking the truck up? Seems like a couple of days is excessive unless you are having the dealer add some items to the truck.

I ordered F250 CCSB 7.3 Lariat on 1/27/2022 Got a scheduled email today. Your vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of March 28, 2022. Very surprised and happy. No BAP, AS, Bed liner or 5th wheel.
