  1. Sorry to hear about your experience, past and present. Unfortunately, the Ford order tracking site is not reliable and a lot of times the information isn't current. Your dealership is the best source for vehicle status information as they have 24/7 access to Ford's Vehicle Visibility system that provides the latest information available. It's very nice that you're hesitant to contact a dealership manager for assistance but that's exactly what you should do. It's your vehicle that you've spent a good amount of money on and the dealership should be providing you with the information you require. I've attached a copy of your vehicle's Window Sticker so that you can confirm that the vehicle specifications are correct. The vehicle was invoiced to Grappone Ford in Concord, NH on 09/02/2020. 1FT8W3BT4LEE40644_WS.pdf
  2. No. It's 10/26/2020 per the latest FDNB (Fleet Distribution News Bulletin) which is the only Ford source for USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank) and production timetable information.
  3. Parts availability is always prioritized for the plants first so that production isn't interrupted.

  5. Per the FDNB (Fleet Distribution News Bulletin) the 2020MY Lincoln Continental balances out on 10/30/2020.
  6. The USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank) opens on 10/12/2020. The 2021 Mustang Order Guide should be available on or about that date and will provide the specifications available. 2021 Mustang Mach 1 orders should be accepted at the same time as all other models. No orders can be submitted until the USOB opens. There is no information available on Mach 1 specifications other than what has already been released to the public. Handling Package availability is listed as Spring 2001. https://media.ford.com/content/fordmedia/fna/us/en/news/2020/06/16/limited-edition-mach-1-is-pinnacle-of-mustang-5-0-liter-v8-style.html
  7. 2021 Edge & 2021 Nautilus order guides should be available on or about 10/23/2020 when the USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank) opens. Lincoln is often very late to make their order guides available via the Ford Fleet site.
  8. https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/chevy-gmc-diesel-pickup-prices-cut Our dealership ordered a F-150 Diesel when it first became available and it sat in stock for what seemed like forever. The availability was limited to the higher trim levels but the pricing was reasonable compared to the Super Duty series. The dealership was finally able to "give" the F-150 Diesel away and cut the continuing floorplan expense for a model no one either knew about or was interested in. It'll be interesting to see how Ford responds to this new move from the competition.
  9. Wouldn't be the first time he was wrong! The Job #1 Dates are pretty much etched in stone and an earlier start would totally screw up timing with suppliers and the vehicle scheduling that only started recently.
  10. Sorry but you're wrong on this. The Job #1 Date for regular production... NOT the date that production is fully ramped up which can take from weeks to months.
  11. There is normally a "Delivery Hold" placed on vehicles that have outstanding recalls. In those cases the dealership must perform the recall prior to delivering the vehicle and being able to report the sale.
  12. The 2021MY F-150 is not yet in production. The Job #1 Date is 10/12/2020 at the Dearborn plant and 11/09/2020 at Kansas City.
  13. There are times when parts are only available as a complete assembly. That could be the case here but I'd suggest talking to another Dealer. The cost of parts sold over the counter are expensive with a factory option costing triple on average.
  14. At the dealership I just left after nearly 35 years, the company policy is that every customer MUST drive the actual vehicle they're buying or leasing and the Dealer Principal considers it a condition of employment. It eliminates nearly all instances of a customer coming back about issues or things they didn't know, etc. Disappointed to hear that there are still fit and finish issues that should have been solved long ago.
  15. Order bank opens on 10/23/2020 so we should have the order guides around that time.
  16. On or about October 12th... it'll be here before we know it!
