Because Ford lacks advertisement, it should be up by the end of the month along with the Mercury Milan's.

jhgraves5767
They probably fired all their web designers.. The www.dealerconnection.com is a terrific, well-designed Ford Website that has excellent information about new cars at Ford dealers. It is the best in the industry. I was just surprised and disappointed that someone at Ford made the decision not to publicize 2009 Fusions already on the dealer lots. Not sure about dealerconnection.com specifically but typically Ford does not advertise a new model year vehicle until most of the previous model year vehicles have been sold. This goes for all of the regular Ford public websites.
blazerdude20
they do it so that the dealers can get a few on the lot. no point in putting it online if you cant go see the new cars in person
rmc523
The new 2009 Fusions are in the dealer lots, so why hasn't Ford updated its Web site at www.ford.com to show 2009 Fusion features and pricing and updated www.dealerconnection.com to show 2009 Fusion inventories at its dealers? Ford is not the best at updating or being accurate with it's dealer inventory, as I've noticed when looking for certain Flexes. For example, at times the dealer vehicle inventory per Ford's site says the vehicle is in, but that doesn't mean anything. We were waiting for Limited Flexes to arrive at our dealer, and while waiting the internet showed one was down in Miami at a Ford dealer, so we drove 30 minutes or so to go down there to check it out, and it was nowhere to be found. Now, part of this is the dealer/salesman's fault for not looking on the lot to see if it was there, and it finally arrived several days later (we didn't go back though). Anyways, the internet inventory may say something, but it may be wrong as well, so it's not very accurate. Another example is our local inventory as per the Ford dealer inventory site said a while back a White Limited model was at our dealer, but it had been sent to another dealer several days earlier. Not at all to say that the dealerconnection website is not handy, it'd just be nice if it were a little more accurate, such as saying "in shipping" or something and/or having the dealer verify that a vehicle has arrived before it's placed on the site.
