rmc523
I read an article recently or heard (can't remember which) that said the Lexus guy would start doing the voiceover for Mitsubishi. Anywho, I just saw the first commercial with his voice. THe ad starts out without a car and just his voice.....I was waiting for a Lexus to pop up.....but then.....WHAM!! a Mistubishi Lancer (maybe an Evolution?) flies across the screen. I was surprised until I remembered reading about it.......I still find it very strange that he's doing something other than a Lexus ad. I can't remember, does anyone know if he's still doing the Lexus ads too?
silvrsvt
I can't remember, does anyone know if he's still doing the Lexus ads too? I'd say hes not, since he is the "voice" of Lexus
NickF1011
If this means no more pretentious "Lexus December to Remember" ads, then all I can say is
Hydro
even in those commercials he's (or the "voice") is ripping Lexus. Stating their overpriced and what not. Seems he got fired and went to Mitsu for revenge.

aneekr
Where is Joe Isuzu when you need him? He's currently appearing as Roger Wilkes on the CBS daytime drama 'The Young and the Restless'
aneekr
I can't remember, does anyone know if he's still doing the Lexus ads too? No. James Sloyan, the original narrator for Lexus adverts, was replaced by James Remar. Sloyan's new gig with Mitsubishi Motors is expected to become a fixture of that company's advertising campaign. rmc523
Here's the ad..... I think it's funny hearing him trying to get "excited" around when he says "......twin paddle shifters...." which is something he obviously never had to do in Lexus ads... joihan777
Hah! I noticed that voice today also! Same idea popped into my head with the paddle shifters lol! Did you see the gaping mouth on that Mitsu? It's great! (Because now the Fiesta won't be "too" big)
Moby Vic
I've always hated that guy's voice. He says Lexus like "Lxus."

It's been so long since I've seen one of his ads, I can't remember how he says it......and I can't find anything on YouTube.
