MY93SHO
http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2011/09/ecoboost-f-150-wins-vegas-to-reno-off-road-race.html Don't know how many ultra affordable Chevy WT's ran the race!
silvrsvt
I'd have a really hard time saying no to a 3.5L EB Raptor as my next car/truck...
GT-Keith
This was the same engine that was in the Baja 1000... This SOB is amazing. I think the EB in the Raptor would give Ford an excuse to really unleash it... You know, without the fuel miser objections like in the other F-150 trim levels. 2005Explorer
Where is Matt aka P71 when you need him. Oh he hates the EcoBoost. Biggest POS ever made according to him. Chevy 5.3 FTW!
twintornados
"The General Tire, KC Hilites, Knock Out Energy 2011 Ford F-150 ran great all day, and the EcoBoost 3.5-liter V-6 direct-injection twin-turbo engine again proved to be enough to conquer the harsh Nevada desert, but we need to go back and try to determine what caused both of the fuel pumps in the truck to falter." Whew....what a mouthful to say at the end of the race....got 'em all in too....
