I hate to think of what the rental ones will look like, by the time Hertz sells them as used. I remember the stories from Shelby about the original ones being returned back from a weekend rental to Hertz with, like, a 6cyl under the hood. I wonder if it was really an individual or somebody looking for a tax writeoff. But hey, if someone wants to donate $250K to a worthy charity, more power to him!
