Trimdingman
I'm going to disagree... too much to one side or the other you tend to get the same result. That's why one can't seem to tell the difference between the two... That is what we were led to believe by the left. It isn't true. The right wing is minimal government. There is no way Nazis are right wing. They are big government. They even called themselves socialist. We have not seen anything right of centre in our lifetimes. The political spectrum is not a curve that meets at some point. It is a straight line. The left end is Totalitarian government. The right end is Total Anarchy; no government. Socialists, not wanting us to see the evil side of socialism, brainwashed us that it was right wing. There may be evil on the extreme right, but it is not from loss of freedom because of an oppressive government. On the extreme right, there is no government. Cocheese
Yep. But look at it from Cal's perspective: the GOP is screwing-up big-time with embarrassments like Akin, and there's nothing Cal or any of the Goppers can do to deny it, so we get ad hominem attacks on those who point out their delusions. There's not much they can do about the GOP lunacy, until they finally figure out that the Gopper élite is not their friend. Why was the Akin comment an "embarrassment", yet every time Obama or Biden say something stupid, you ignore it or claim they were "misquoted" or we "took it out of context"? The fact is, if your guy could run on his record, you and the rest of your ilk would be talking about that. And not trying to cover up a Democrat who was caught soliciting gay sex

Die Wahrheit
Obama is a shoe in for the next 4 years. The best you right wingers could come up with is a lying VP and a guy who has swiss bank accounts and can't show his tax returns. If Obama would of held his tax returns, Faux news would be screaming from the rooftops.

He may win; maybe through fraud or brainwashing the voters. It would be wrong, but good for the ultra-rich, as it would keep the Ponzi sceme going for a while longer. Saving a couple hundred jobs at staples, oppose to the thousand that he outsourced overseas. Maybe his record of being the grandfather of Obamacarevor his swiss bank accounts so that he can avoid paying taxes to the UNITED STATES of AMERICA! Open both of your eyes not just the anti democratic one. Don't be a fool for one party and not the next. Your party will see to it that your pay and healthcare will be slashed. I haven't forgot the "great recession", it hasn't been that long.

xr7g428
Die / Parts you need to read these things and see if they actually say what you think... Republican Convention Ratings Plummet From 2008 The 2008 election was an outlier from an otherwise consistent decline in viewership for political conventions over the past 20 years. as conventions lose viewers on television, they are thriving online and in social media where many younger voters get their news. Romney's acceptance speech peaked at 14,300 tweets per minute to make it the most tweeted political event of 2012. The speech eclipsed Obama's State of the Union address in January, which drew about 14,100 tweets a minute. This year's Republican convention alone drew 5 million tweets. The GOP convention was one of the most talked about news events of the year on Facebook, the RNC's convention YouTube channel received 2.8 million video views. You are no longer tethered to that screen in your living room or anywhere else — you can actively participate in these events while you're in line at the supermarket or waiting for the bus.

Put the same people in charge that lead us into the "great Recession", The American People are a lot smarter than the tea party gives them credit for............... The Democrats are trying to postpone the crash until after the election no matter how much new debt is required. Also, it looks like war with Iran is imminent. Canada has kicked the Iranian ambassadors out of the country and are advising people not to travel to Iran. That would be another distraction from the economy just in time for the election. How many bombs did Clinton drop to knock Monica Lewinsky off the headlines?
