13UJTitanium
need some help on this one. Fusion Titanium, i want to replace the bulbs with LED. I see 2 bolts to undo that portion of lights, but wanted to know if there is another one inside the decklid carpet portion i am missing? also, easy way to get to the headlights without taking them off. thanks
c.blackfoot
There is another bolt under the carpet panel. 3 total. I replaced my reverse bulbs to LEDs, looks better. As far as the headlight bulbs, you have to take the bumper off. I just replaced my headlight bulbs to HIDs today and it really wasn't that bad to do. jinx8402
Which LEDs are you using for the reverse lamp? My concern is getting one that is either not as bright as stock or too bright that it washes out the backup cam.
c.blackfoot
I ordered the LEDs from ijdmtoy.com, I just went on their website and the bulbs I ordered are out of stock. They are very bright, definitely brighter than the stock bulbs, and help when reversing. As far as the backup cam, can't help you there but if I do remember correctly, they had a picture of a Prius with the LEDs installed and they took a picture of the backup cam screen. It didn't look washed out.
jinx8402
Thanks! I just know I stumbled on a few forums when researching, and some ended up being to bright and would wash out the backup camera, especially at night.

c.blackfoot
These are the bulbs I installed as my reverse lights. Plenty of light (6000K Xenon White, 900 lumens). Purchased them from iJDMTOY.com 5W-Error-Free-921-LED-Bulbs-00.jpg Edited February 23, 2013 by c.blackfoot

sunpialia
In the future, more and more vehicles, not just hybrid or electric vehicles, all vehicles will gradually adapt the more efficient LED lights for headlights, tail lights, and interior lights.
