Those that needed your reminder are those who need prayers themselves. If I have to beg God to take care of those in need then he's not a God I want to pray to. Perhaps you believe that God needs a pep talk, a motivational poster from his followers, I don't. If he can't do it on his own without a halftime speech from me then he's just an asshole. I prayed that God would do something about those children dying slow painful deaths from starvation, he didn't. I prayed that he'd do something about the children dying in the wars of grown men, he didn't. So I didn't do something too, namely pray anymore. The first three posts that started it. There was nothing directed at you LH. Fired made a general comment that you somehow took personally. YOU made the first inflammatory post. Yet, some here refuse to see the forest for the trees. Reminding anyone to pray for others is non-confrontational. And those who believe in prayer don't need reminding. Socialists have a problem with other religions because socialism itself is a religion. That is why communist countries banned religion. It makes it very difficult to indoctrinate people if they are already indoctrinated. Hitler was very religious. He infected millions with his left-wing beliefs. Non-believers (Jews) were murdered by the millions. It would be better for the world and for the individual if they did not succomb to other people's twisted ideas, but used their own brains.
