2005Explorer Posted April 19, 2014 Share Posted April 19, 2014 (edited) I'm not sure if anyone else got a letter from Ford, but I got one yesterday that states the SYNC with My Ford Touch system in my 2014 Explorer has been warranty extended to 5 years and unlimited mileage. I am not sure if that is just for the Explorer or the 2014 model year, but anyhow I just thought I would mention it. I'm not sure if this is due to a class action lawsuit or if Ford is just trying to reassure customers with the system.
