Edstock
Try the web for an overview of your state's particular Lemon Law. Your State gov't web site might have procedural info. http://www.bbb.org/council/programs-services/dispute-handling-and-resolution/bbb-auto-line/learn-more-about-state-lemon-laws/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemon_law
TBirdStangSkyliner
I'm filing one for my 2013 Fusion and can't find the address one should send it to at Ford. Thanks. I went through this on my 2004 SuperCrew Lariat. The state I lived in had a strong lemon law. I went through Ford's arbitration board first. I can't remember if that was required, or not. They ruled on my behalf and Ford took the vehicle back. It is essential that you have all service paperwork in order.
twintornados
The processing clerk for lemon law complaints is Helen Waite, she works at the legal offices of Dewey, Cheatham, & Howe. Once filed, if you do not hear anything, go to Helen Waite for it.... :hysterical:
Edstock
I thought Helen worked for Leighbach & Wackett, obviously I was mistaken . . .
akirby
Follow the process in the owner's manual. It's that simple.
