gman1962
I am looking at a 2014 Edge. Do not want the 20" wheels. The dealer is willing to downgrade to the 18" and rebate me back the cost for the "20 inchers. He advised they may have to do a little reprogramming since we added back the 18". Any issues to be concerned about? Thanks
fordtech1
No issues changing the tire size in the computer. Common stuff.
twintornados
The overall diameter is the same.....should be zero change to the computer....I have 20" 's on my MKX and run 17" snows in winter months....zero computer problems.
gman1962
Dealer said some very minor reprogramming would be needed.

akirby
Shouldn't be required if he's using OEM tire sizes. If he's using a non-OEM size then it's possible an adjustment is needed. Just get the two tire sizes and use an online calculator to figure out the overall diameter or circumference and compare them.
