FoMoCoLoCo
What are the shifts like, are there crew shifts? Are there area bumps?
Crazzychick
Dont know much about the plant but did hear it very easy. Clean climate controlled. More assembly than machinning Some assembly lines have alternative work schedule and traditional hours. Machinning has 4 crew. Overtime in certain areas.
MTP'er
All plants are climate controlled. Bay doors open in the summer and closed in the winter.
MTP'er
Well the people at MAP stamping are signing up. Lowest I think is 25 years.

FoMoCoLoCo
In that case, I've been missing out on an A/C work environment for 24 years.
182
No area bumps. Lines run traditional shifts, three shifts now in 10R until other area gets back online. Machining is 4 crew, which means you will work every other weekend for straight time. 6R is going away in a few years. Overtime is limited. 24 years will not get you day shift. With all the transfers you will be on afternoons for a long time. A/C is a recent addition, because everything is computerized and needs a constant temp.
