In particular, how or whether the car was properly secured to the trailer since the hauling vehicle and the trailer are upright after the accident. Our dealership has owned the same model trailer which is used to haul vehicles with a F-550 DRW 4x4 Crew Cab to and from auctions and to make deliveries as far as 1,500+ miles away. A big factor, of course, is how fast and aggressive the driver was driving. Even if he was cut off, how did the car come off the trailer? Proper loading would involve securing the vehicle with chains or soft-ties at all 4 points to the trailer. Hmmm.
tbone
Sad situation, but hopefully nobody suffered any major injuries.
