I notice the front seats are 24 way. 30 way were available in 2019. What is the difference? No memory for the passenger seat is a big mistake given how adjustable the seats are.

The 24 way seats don't have the air bladders that assist with lumbar. I don't know what other adjustment it's missing though. The current models 24 way seats don't have massage function either, however, I believe the 24 way seats have massage in the nautilus. The passenger seat loses the tilt function, why it's 22 (28) way seats for passenger.  If they lock out massage seats for only the 30 way seats for the black label is a huge mistake.

The 30 way seats are the major reason I selected the Navigator. Eliminating them on the Reserve would be a huge mistake. I notice the Black Label can't be gotten with a middle row bench seat. Another mistake. Lincoln is simplifying options/packages and will lose customers in the process. Good thing i don't need to replace my current Navigator for a while.

They also took away memory seats from the passenger side.  This was invaluable as these seats take forever to get a good position, even on the passenger side.  We had our own settings for all three memory slots on our 2020.  My wife would have a fit if she had to find and change the position every time she got in.  Bad on you lincoln.

And for the life of me, why in a 100k vehicle did they not include led strips for the doors, dash and console? Why lock it to the 115k bl?  The 75k expy platinum has led strips on the doors and dash for crying out loud.

They have a weird tendency to include things on lower models and exclude them from their flagship models. Case in point: for years, the Fusion had a better infotainment system than the Expy/Nav. Was so irritating.

Some of it just has to do with product cycles, but you also have to consider volume, suppliers and locations and take rates.  But the biggest difference may just be that they’re done by different teams with what seems like very little corporate oversight to make things co sistent between vehicles.
