This is sad, what a great plant it once was. They aren't taking any maintenance people at Brook Park from what I'm hearing so these people are stuck.

Mine is going in today to get the rear axle reinforced even though nothing was wrong. Guess they are fixing all of 2003 models. Now I just read there's a new recall for the front!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARRGH!

Any retirees get a letter in the mail recently suggesting their dependent apply for SS Disability or Medicare? I got mine yesterday. Shipped it off to my lawyer.

I'm on my way to a Chrysler van because Ford quit making the minivans.... I need sliding doors and the space for my electric wheel chair. 62,000 miles on my Windstar.

What's the gas mileage on this compared to the old version? My cousin drove a new Equinox yesterday and it felt claustaphobic(sp?) to him and his wife. They are going to try an Escape and my dad suggested the new Explorer.

Mine missed the recall by 2 months! Thank goodness!! They are having to pull the effected ones off the road! At least 60 days until parts may become available. Ford is only paying $40.00 a day towards a rental vehicle.

Have you not looked at the Windstars? Rust is a problem on them. Oh and I can't get rid of mine which is 7 years old due to the fact Ford quit making mini vans.

Ugghh...gotta get mine in and my Grandma's. Joy! Plus I have a rust spot on mine that needs fixed and we just had to get the wheel bearings replaced.

Dad got turned into a collection agency because noone knows what is going on! He goes to a different Dr. and hospital than me. UGGH! My doctor had to tell the billing Dept. not to turn me into a collection agency.

Not sure why some of you are so upset. They've been doing this for awhile now. We get notices in the mail a quck fax or send the info. in the mail and we are done. The local school is doing the same thing. We should all want to keep those who have earned the insurance on and those who are not off. It's fraud and needs to be kept track of.
