I have all of the lights on in my superduty Fogs and lowbeams on everytime I'm driving anywhere night or day. It adds to my ability to be seen by other drivers. You'd think people would see a superduty coming down the road, but you'd be suprised at the number of people that pull out in front of me and especially when towing a heavy load it's not exactly easy to stop so I make sure they see me. With the running lights on top the cab, lights in the mirrors, regular driving lights, and fog lights on very rarely do people not see me unless they just plain aren't paying attention.
The lights on the bronco aren't aimed anywhere close to where they should be so I get flashed whenever I drive it at night, but it is mostly an offroad only truck so it's very rare that I'm driving it on the road at night. I'd adjust the lights, but the adjustments are rusted out.
