  1. Oh yeah, congrats to Ford. Even if it is a New England-area award, hey, it's still an award. I still hope to push one, but by the time I can get a new car, it will be time for the next-gen Taurus, I believe.
  2. ... but also has the effect of boosting GTI sales. Just so guys won't have to say "yeah, I drive a Rabbit."
  3. Fusion/Milan: Debuted in 2006, nav available 2007. Zephyr: Debuted 2006 with nav available. Edge/MKX: Debuted 2007 with nav available. Mazda6: Debuted in 2003, nav available 2006. CX-9: Debuted in 2007 with nav available. Since you asked and all...
  4. I frequent Cheers and Gears as well. Folks there lament the Impala being on an ancient platform first, the transmission second.
  5. :lol::lol::lol: BTW, what's the Limited Edition? That's new, isn't it?
  6. TrailBlazer. It won't be out much longer.
  7. A question about the interior, particularly the center stack... Has anyone seen a pic of the interior without the nav system? Is Lincoln gonna do like Nissan and have the same screen there regardless of whether or not there is a nav system, or will there be a smaller display?
  8. I hope that's what he means. From what I've observed from you guys, this is the wrong site to be wrong about Ford products...
  9. :yup: :yup: :yup: :yup: :yup: :yup: :yup: :yup: :yup: :yup:
  10. What's REALLY interesting is how Sable comes standard with some options that cost extra on Taurus (remote start is the only one I can think of now)... but, fully loaded, the Sable Premier AWD is a few hundred less than the Taurus Limited AWD. The Mountaineer has the same idiosyncrasy. If the Mercury is supposed to be an uplevel trim of Ford, they better do a better job of it...
  11. Well, for starters, they created the Ridgeline...
  12. Back on topic, though, it looks like GM was able to keep the fully-loaded price down by not offering several options, probably so that the car wouldn't cross over into sport-luxury and compete with the CTS.
  13. It's not terrible up front, but it's not the best either. Back looks very Hyundai.
  14. So, then, my question is this, because I've heard several conflicting reports... Will every model be standard with AWD? Because I shudder to think of 300+ horses pulling a D3 sedan instead of pushing it.
  15. Light Sage, actually. I test-drove a Taurus X in that color.
