  1. Slap away for labor day! Double points today. Triple if you slap Hinkydink and Dumbbell today.
  2. Yeah you idiot and Ford tells the union how many they are going to lay off and the UAW decides by seniority. Do you think that if the UAW unloaded some of the lazy don't come to work use all the FMLA time be drunk and stoned looser assholes that we couldn't get a better contract? But we will never be a union based on performance we must protect the deadbeats at the expense of the workers that really give their best.
  3. Yeah all the IUAW president and vice presidents can get another $60000 to sit on this board. Really why don't we trust these people. Because they always find a way to get more money than anyone else because they have absolute power and there are zero checks and balances. They know it too. Good thing we only hear from them once every 4 years for contract and when they want to raise dues. Regular working people like us are dirt on their feet. We are just a number to the UAW too.
  4. http://rosenhaussports.com/ Rosenhaus Sports is considered the premier dealmaker in the NFL. With over 20 years in the business, RSR has negotiated over one billion dollars in contracts. We have successfully negotiated contracts for players at every position and with every team. Through creativity and innovation, RSR has negotiated several record breaking deals which went on to set the precedent for the industry. We are second to none in maximizing our clients’ earning potential
  5. Drew Rosenhaus he seems to do a awesome job for the NFL players in their union. We have a lot of money in the union let's hire our own Shark to run the IUAW that is the best idea I have had yet. Logo
  6. Nope maybe we can hire Alan Mullally to run the IUAW he seems to get results. Let's hire a CEO to run it.
  7. Add in their new revenue stream taking health care over and pensions. Things that make you go Hmmmmm really.
  8. Yeah you will buy your insurance on the Obama exchanges and have a 401k yourself. dumbass they will be Union benefits not company benefits you idiot.
  9. Hey dumbasses they want control of health insurance and your pension. That is how they will make you pay union dues in the right to work states then they can go after organizing the transplant auto makers and the South with the new slogan "you get better health insurance and a pension plus a strike fund if you join the UAW team". Get your heads out of the sand wtf.
  10. Better go read about the super VEBA your going to be paying union dues unless you don't want a pension and like paying more for health care
  11. Hinkle loves the Bill Cosby approach with his love shack for big butt women. Hopefully he will hurry back to Lima to lock down that local contract with his hand picked team. Just look at all he has done with the special union buttons "if you appreciate negotiate" he graduated from crayon homemade name tags to buttons. Wait till his dumb ass takes you out on strike over a local agreement. Does anyone remember how that worked for Husky Lima refinery. They got locked out for a year. Brilliant leadership ended up with less than they would have got had they agreed to the offer on the table when they went out on strike. Brilliant
  12. Plus as a added bonus we will post a video in the next couple weeks to show just how hard our union representatives are working for us here in Lima. So grab some popcorn and check in each day. Feel free to tell your story of how Stink-el and Dumbbell helped you! EMPLOYEES ONLY NO GIRL OR BOYFRIENDS UNLESS THEY ARE A EMPLOYEE.
  13. I got a question? What kind of UAW local 1219 chairman and president would have a appointed safety rep removed and of course the IUAW backed them up 100 percent? Answer local 1219 our local leadership loves shitting on its members! Guess what nobody cares now that is solidarity. But guess what you can never find a union representative on the floor and guess what if you call or page them they are in a meeting if they answer you at all. This is what we pay union dues for? Dumbbell and STINK-LE! The future of the UAW and Lima Engine Plant!
  14. If you see Hinkydink in the plant slap away but you won't see him because he never comes to the plant. Rule number one applies.
  15. Yeah but Hinkydink is our real dousche bag chairman. Mr "thinks he knows it all" he is a joke here in Lima. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer. But they love electing the slow one's here in Lima.
  16. Here in Lima engine plant we have contractors everywhere actually since Hinkydink got elected we have lost over 40 Skilled Trades jobs. He has actually negotiated to have only Electricians, Machine Repair and Millwrights in the Maintenance work groups. hinkystink loves Millwrights the most! All other trades have been pushed to work in central on a as needed basis. So unless you're a Electrician, Millwright or Machine Repair don't try to transfer here you won't get any overtime and Hinkydink negotiated us into 4 crew. By the way only his millwright buddies are in elected positions on the Bargaining Committee and he only uses his Machine repair buddy that lost his run for Skilled Trades Bargaining Rep last election as a replacement when one of the millwrights are off. Management lets him do whatever he wants which is get rid of welders and other trades and send them to production. Hopefully the IUAW will bring him to Detroit with them soon we can't take much more losing machining lines and skilled trade jobs.
  17. Do we have to wear bib overalls on Clown day? Do you think that they will bring you to the international UAW soon? Just wondering your highness?
  18. Thanks Q guess Hinkydink was too busy.
  19. Well I seen a first here at the plant. We had a employee appreciation cookout at the plant Thursday and our union and management jointly served us Hamburgers and baked beans. Which they have done for several years. But what I have never seen before our union leadership had the membership wearing stickers saying "If you appreciate then negotiate". Does this Bargaining Committee really have zero integrity that they would get our members to wear these when they are going to get their dinner at a joint event. I guess this Bargaining Committee has no integrity or clout resorting to tactics like that. What a shameful unprofessional group.
  20. We will let Hinkydink answer that question he is the Supreme leader of the UAWbots.
  21. Yep Louisville is the highest volume plant. Louisville and Kentucky Truck make 750000 vehicles a year.
  22. The Cadillac Tax has that name for a reason. The deal was cut with the UAW for Obama to get the UAW and it's membership to support Obama over Hillary Clinton in the primaries before the presidential election. With Michigan the auto hub of the United States auto industry going Right to Work they cut a deal to keep the membership paying dues in Union shops till the end of this contract basically delaying the right to work laws till after these negotiations. They realized that they had to have something to make the membership want to pay union dues. Now the UAW was exempted from the Cadillac tax till 2018 at which time Obama will be out of office and would give the UAW time to negotiate themselves into the health care insurance and pension business and using the auto maker's desire to rid themselves of Legacy Cost to not only be your sole Bargaining Agent but also the entity that you will buy your health insurance from and administration of your pension. Once they control these two items you will have to be a member to get these benefits through the union. Like Teamsters, IBEW, pipe fitters union, laborers union. Then Beck law will not apply to these items because are now union benefits and not company provided benefits. This is where they will subsidize the health insurance premiums to make it cheaper for you to buy your insurance through the UAW than in the health care exchanges only if you are a member of the UAW. That's why it was named the Cadillac tax because of the deal struck between the Obama administration and the UAW to get around right to work laws. Now when they go to organize other Automakers in the south they have something to offer besides a strike fund lower cost insurance and a pension when you join their union. This is a very risky endeavor that funding wise if not done properly will end up like social security underfunded and constantly changing. Just my 2 cents. Think about it. It makes perfect sense.
