It's a good contract. It brings in work, etc., etc. You have heard it all before. But, I think the public will buy Ford in droves if we are replaced to support Ford and replacement scabs. We (the Union) are not well liked. The public perception is we are greedy. Shoot, Ford could even drop the price of all their vehicles if they replaced us.

Auto sales seem to be pretty good which also gives Ford an incentive to lock us out and replace us. Or if we go on strike to replace us. Ford has enough inventory to take a strike for a few months. In that time, replacements can be trained and they will have the plants up and running. People will buy Fords at that point just to tell us to get screwed and to support the replacement scabs.

I am guessing the plants that are full with product now and think they are good will also get screwed down the road. Ford can be very vindictive.

It may be untrue, but this guy seemed to nail it when he said that Ford was looking at replacements and then there were articles about how Ford was looking to hire replacements. Anything is possible and Ford definitely does not want a work stoppage. All the questions about who will be hired and who will be training them--are you nuts? There are millions of unemployed laborers and skilled trades throughout the USA. There will be lines a few miles long at each plant. It won't take long to hire and train workers to replace us and most of America will be applauding Ford when that happens.

Marginal, we have been compared to other auto workers and we come out on top in pay and benefits. We still have the highest benefit and labor rate. We just have some dumb asses who have their head in their ass and deny the truth.

Len, you can't please some of these fucktards on here. They want no Entry Level. OK, say that happens. Our costs are too high and plants have to close. Guess who complains? The fucktards who didn't want an Entry Level. They say it's all the internationals fault for not having Entry Level! Because of these idiots, people are laid off and dislocated, our memberhsip drops below 20,000, we lose market share, Ford ships more work overseas and guess who complains--these fucktards who didn't want Entry Level.
