There was only 1 I was glad to see go. The rest I don't know a damn thing about. The most recent one I wouldn't have know he was moved on until I saw the announcement on the marquee.
This plant has had a communication problem that's been going on forever. People that I talk to that came from next door (Old Wayne Assembly) say that plant was way better. Same with Wixom.

As slow as Ford's decision making has been in recent years, it's been even slower at MAP, partly because they keep firing plant managers.
total guess here, but I think the overall plan is for the Bronco to replace the Everest globally, with production coming from MAP and much as capacity will allow it.
true, however all they would need is someone in the yard loading trains (who aren't Ford employeees btw, that's a different company) keeping track of things and making note of the rail car numbers.
it's not necessarily an employee. The don't keep the cars locked at the holding yard, so it wouldn't take much for a small group of people at night to sneak in and swap spare tires for the pot ones.
