  1. Got in a new E-350 cutaway at work and I thought the passenger side fender badge was missing as it’s always been there. Looked online and to my surprise they actually deleted the badge to just drivers side which looks stupid and very cheap.
  2. It’s failing way more than the 6.2 ever did due to low quality lifters. Wish I had just ordered my 22 with the 6.2 as I will be driving it for a while due to Ford discontinuing the configuration.
  3. Unfortunately in the same boat, die hard Ford but no Lariat Supercab means my next truck will not be a Ford for the first time and probably never buying another Ford.
  4. Probably but unless you get the 8’ bed which you almost never see that was discontinued as well. Just for the heck of it I did an inventory search and there are 46 SC Lariats 250-350 on lot or on way within 100 miles of me with about half green special order stickers and all $70k plus MSRP.
  5. Sadly someone must have run the numbers and decided that most SC Lariat buyers will deal with a Crew Cab. GM still offer the cab and a half in LT trim (leather & dual zone available) with short bed as an option. Low miles on my 22 so I will drive this one a lot longer than I usually do until I guess I am forced to buy a Chevy. Seems kind of stupid to turn people away for new $75k trucks and turn die hard Ford owners to the competition but I’m sure they ran the numbers.
  6. No more Lariat Super Cab for 25 along with other deletions 🥲.
  7. Well that’s not good if it’s not available any longer as I have zero interest in a crew cab or anything lower than a Lariat (Leather and Cooled seats are a must for me). The most upscale you could get in a SC was Lariat. Never looked elsewhere but when my 22 is due for replacement in 25 or so it looks like I will be looking at GMC if they still offer the SLT Double Cab with the short bed.
  8. Are you sure Lariat SC is not available? Still shows up on build and price and I didn’t see it get deleted from order guide for 24. I only remember 150 losing SC Lariat a few years back. I just did an inventory search nearby and plenty on order or on lots also with one dealer ordered SC Lariat just finishing production 1/25 according to window sticker that pops up.
  9. Order banks were closed for about 8 months. Crazy that they are still building 22’s when I ordered mine 21 months ago and got it 18 months ago . Hopefully they make the bed and bumper steps optional for 24 so I can consider upgrading my 22.
  10. No more Lariat two tone paint is very disappointing ?.
  11. The MSRP on my 22 went up a shade under $6k from when I ordered mine which was right after 22 order banks opened up to the last price increase for the 22’s. My 2012 SD MSRP was $47k and if I had optioned my 22 the exact same it would have been $55.5k so we’ve done about 10 years of MSRP inflation in about 10 months ?.
  12. Also glad I got a 22, I like the widespread availability of LED’s on the 23 and don’t hate the front end with certain grilles. However, while I get the function I am not a fan in the least bit of the bed and bumper steps and am very disappointed they aren’t optional.
  13. Not particularly a fan of the steps and wish they were optional. I also don’t have much hope for the Supercab Lariat configuration surviving which will probably keep me in my 22 for a lil longer than usual.
  14. I’m possibly thinking it was worth keeping a base motor around so they can keep charging $2k for the 7.3 which must have a high uptake on retail orders.
  15. Glad I got my 22 Lariat 350 SC as I’m guessing the odds aren’t good of availability with 23 SD. Not sure what I will do for next truck as I really don’t like or need a CC.
