  1. The 2022 Transit Order Guide is now available in the Dealer Order Guides section. The USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank) for the regular 2022 Transit doesn't open until 08/16/2021 but the USOB for the 2022 E-Transit opens on 06/21/2021. Ford is treating the E-Transit as a powertrain option and including all the 2022 Transit models in just one order guide instead of doing a separate 2022 E-Transit order guide. FYI... The Canadian version of the 2022 Transit Order Guide has not been released yet.

  4. My post about the order number is still valid. If you're looking at a copy from WBDO, it only displays the date for the vehicle detail display. WBDO doesn't display the original order date which is only available via a DORA (Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement) form or via a Vehicle Visibility report. In the WBDO (Web Based Dealer Ordering) system, Plan pricing will only display if the user selects the Plan pricing to display!
  5. The order number doesn't change unless someone at the dealership either changed it or entered a new order with the revised specifications under a new order number.
  6. Not that quick! Once it's built it has to be released for shipping and loaded on a rail car. Once it actually leaves the plant, the average in transit time is 14 days for delivery to the dealership.
  7. The original order date stays the same. It only changes when the order type (Retail, Stock, etc.) is changed.
  8. The correct and latest 2021 Lincoln Nautilus Order Guide (04/01/2021) is in the Dealer Order Guides section. The pages have different dates depending on when that page content was last updated.
  9. I do not have tracking access for other Ford dealership's orders.
  10. The 2021 Transit Order Guide had been updated and is available in the Dealer Order Guides section.
  11. The Customer Order Verification Program (COVP) applies to new unscheduled retail orders placed after June 8th.
  12. The status updates on the public site are posted on a delayed basis and only provide limited information. Your Dealer has 24/7 access to the Vehicle Visibility system that provides updates as soon as there's any change regarding scheduling, production and shipping status and also maintains the entire order history.
  13. The July 30th Balance Out Date is for production only and not related to scheduling matters. There is a cut-off date for submitting orders at the end of the Model Year, in essence a "balance out" related to scheduling and not the production "balance out" which is a separate matter. The cut-off date for submitting orders at the end of the Model Year is usually about the time of the "Last Day to Spec Change" or before the USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank) opens for the next Model Year. Orders submitted after the cut-off/balance out date for scheduling are DEAD and sit in the Dealer's USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank) until cancelled by the Dealer. Orders are not automatically converted to the next Model Year. Dealers must submit a new retail order for the customer for the new Model Year in accordance with the order guide for the new Model Year. Lincoln did not complete 2021 Aviator scheduling until weeks later that planned and has kept delaying the start of scheduling for the 2022MY Aviator which is now due to start this Thursday, June 17th if the information I've seen still holds. Hope this helps!
  14. 2021 FORD CUSTOMER ORDER VERIFICATION FOR PRIORITY SCHEDULING AND ALLOCATION WHAT IS HAPPENING • The Customer Order Verification Program (COVP) will be opening to all unscheduled orders on all vehicle lines (excluding Mach-E, Bronco and specialty units) • Verified orders will receive priority scheduling and will receive incremental allocation SUMMARY Dealers will be able to utilize the existing COVP website on https://cni.dealerconnection.com to register retail orders for all vehicle lines (excluding Mach-E, Bronco and specialty units). Verified orders will receive priority scheduling and will receive incremental allocation. Vehicles that are not verified will still be scheduled but will scheduled within the dealer’s earned allocation. Note that while this program utilizes the same process as the Retail Order Incentive, only previously communicated vehicle lines are eligible for the incentive. Please check SmartVINCENT for incentive eligibility. ELIGIBLE VEHICLE LINES All vehicle lines (excluding Mach-E, Bronco and specialty units) are eligible for verification and incremental allocation through the COVP process. • Mustang (Non GT500 or Mach 1) • EcoSport • Escape • Edge • Bronco Sport • Explorer • Expedition • Transit • Transit Connect • Ranger • F150 • Super Duty COVP PROCESS • Customer places eligible retail order through their local dealership • Dealership will enter retail order into COVP website located at hhtps://cni.dealerconnection.com
  15. Sorry if there was some miscommunication and/or misinterpretation. Yes, the USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank) for 2022MY Aviator's opened on 03/15/201. Final 2021MY Aviators were due from dealerships on 03/25/2021 and scheduling "Balanced Out" by mid-April. An order for a 2021 Aviator could technically be placed after scheduling "Balanced Out" but both the WBDO (Web Based Dealer Ordering) and CONCEPS ordering systems would both generate an error notice that the 2021MY was balanced out. You were talking about placing orders and I was talking about the scheduling.
  16. If you have a VIN number then your vehicle is scheduled. Your Dealer can give you the latest status available via the Vehicle Visibility system.
  17. You and other keep talking about getting 2021MY Aviators scheduled even when it's been made clear that scheduling for 2021's "balanced out" some time ago. Scheduling for the 2022MY Aviators is supposed to start this Thursday, June 17th.
  18. The 2022 Lincoln Aviator USOB (Unscheduled Order bank) opened for orders on 03/15/2021 with scheduling to begin on 06/17/2021 according to the most recent information available. Although the Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator share common elements, they have different production schedules as noted in the timetables posted in their respective 2022 Explorer Production Information & 2022 Lincoln Aviator Production Information topics. If you can't trust your sales representative, why are you doing business with him? If you can't get the answers you need, you should be dealing directly with either the Sales Manager or General Manager.
  19. Your post is incorrect and misleading at best. Lincoln's scheduling is a bit different from Ford's but I expect that Lincoln is expediting scheduling for retail orders in a similar manner to what akirby posted.
  20. Vehicles produced were pre-production units and not part of the 2022 Maverick Production Information timetable.
  21. You should ask your Dealer for a copy of the Vehicle Visibility report to see the most current vehicle status and whether its actually been released for shipping or being held due to the microchip situation.
  22. As akirby stated, the Fleet ordering scheduling process is a totally separate process. The OTD (Order to Delivery) process is substantially longer and has nothing to do with allocation or the scheduling process for stock or retail orders.
  23. Yes, Ford does have to make decisions in the current market and production situation due to the microchip shortage. I'm curious as to why you even ordered a 2021 F-150 PowerBoost when you're so convinced that the Maverick will be a piece of junk because it'll be affordable.
  24. A lot of the posters need to simply read the information that's been provided and stop speculating and misinterpreting everything. The COVP program has absolutely nothing to do with vehicles in inventory and is NOT Model Year specific. The program applies to unscheduled retail orders, allows Ford to verify that retail orders are legitimate upon reviewing the required documentation... and helps Ford to expedite the scheduling of retail orders and rewards customers and Dealers alike by scheduling these retail orders with incremental allocation!
  25. Too many posts here are creating misinformation and unnecessary confusion. Production Week Scheduling is just that. Information on what weeks unscheduled orders will be scheduled for production. Production Timetable Information - Just what it says. 2021 Customer Order Verification Program (COVP) - It's the "2021" version of the program - NOT the 2021 Model Year
