The licences on my wall and yours is a declaration of accountility that is something that to many have no idea of, in the UAW. We have seen the UAW work hard to put the dumbing down into the system that feeds the no acounting for any of and/or all actions by the work force. Not to mention the ever growing list of excuses used to not be held accountable for anything..... These members are far from exceptions we have members crying to the zone supervisors about equalization of O/T and getting RDO work over members that bring their tired asses in every day of their scheduled days. (because they don`t get charged for O/T even while on DLO) Then because of the lack of accoutability here by just about everyone on both sides of then fence we see the members with the DLO`s bitching about O/T equalization then failing to report and not getting charged, why, give you one guess. Then the phone calls start to the members that were told we have to equalize "you know"..... but... would you come in, after the others don`t show up? Ahhh the security of being treated equal... united for equal treatment for all of the membership, right? Or any other chargeable offense. R & W - Repraman and Warning DLO's can generate any thing from balance of the shift to 30 days off without pay. Also at the discrepancy of the company agent the time without pay can be waved but the penalty will stay in your record. Possibly?
