I actually worked at a Ford Dealership in Dallas doing this over the Summer, before I decided to go to grad school... I had a base salary and would get bonuses based off of SYNC Activations and Customer Survey Responses. -

Going out on a limb here but I want to say it started when they received so many complaints on the 2nd gen Expedition about all the break dust it produced. The Expedition had amazing brakes that would stop the monster like it was no problem, thing is, it also produced massive amounts of brake dust and people weren't to happy with it.

Doesn't the Explorer or Expedition use the Control Blade set up? -
Click Check out picture number 27 and 28. You can see this circle next to the "Check Engine" and "Theft". Is that what your talking about? I couldn't tell since there's no mention of it in the owners manual.

I don't think the old one was that big, was it? I mean, I know the new one is, but the old one seem smaller than the Fusion, at least in my eyes, then again, i don't have the best eyes in the world :shrug:

REDESIGNED NAVIGATOR!!!! WITH 500 HP!!!!!! lol, seriously i don't know, but i would guess they'll try to get the HLA (which is almost here according to rumors ^_^ ) and HHS out as quickly as possible, that's what i would be doing anyway.

Click Thry this link, in the little box that says locate a dealer, put in your zip and click search and you should get a long list of dealers in your area. Hope that helps ^_^ Oh and by the way, make sure you click on "browse inventory" when you get to the dealers page.

The new Expedition site is on line now and i must say i'm really liking the one they have on the first page. It looks nice. You can also build and price one now with the the updated prices: 07 Expedition Web Site Also, almost all of the 07 model websites are updated. If you go to the 07 F-150, they show you the new packages available that look nice i might add. Ford Vehicles
