Thanks for the compliment! I took those at the Detroit Auto Show last January. That color was my favorite too both inside and out!!!! That particular one was a Black Label so I would imagine that the MSRP is at least $60,000 I bet!

This is a stunning Black Label MKX which I fell in love with at NAIAS 2015! Here are some of my best photos especially of the interior. The materials and fit and finish really seem to match or exceed current Audi standards!

Did anyone else notice there are 2 different types of headlamps? One looks like an array of LED's like on some high-end Audis and the new Explorer Platinum and the other looks like a typical projector beam design on current Lincolns.

I'm 45 and have owned 4 vehicles and here they are ranked based on my personal experiences: 1. 2010 Lincoln MKZ AWD - Best all-around car I've owned. Least number of problems, cost of ownership, joy and easy to drive with up-to-date technology and advanced features and a great value. I'm having a difficult time parting with it, I love it so much. I've had my eyes on the 2013 MKZ for over a year now, but now that I've put almost 65,000 miles on it and bought new tires, battery and brakes recently, I just can't part with it! It still looks and feels brand new after 5 years of use and frequently get compliments on it and people ask if it's brand new! 2. 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport - Most fun to drive but spent a fortune on brake jobs, like every 30K miles or less! I owned this car for 8 years and after 115,000 miles, I was still getting stares and compliments and people thought it was still new! 3. 1995 Mercury Mystique V6 5-speed manual - This car was also FUN to drive and became almost like an extension of my body. I miss the intimate driving experience due to the snug cabin, taut European steering and handling and manual trannie. Traded it for the G35 at 90,000 miles. 4. 1985 Ford Tempo Sport GL 5-speed - One of the all-around worst driving cars I've ever experienced. Noisy, broke down frequently and had terrible traction, slipped and slid whenever it rained or snowed. At only 60,000 miles it felt old and worn out! The Contour/Mystique was vastly better in every way, as they were often referred to as a poor man's BMW 3 series or a 4-door Probe GT!

The Kia K900 is the Hyundai Equus equivalent not Genesis. I saw a K900 up close and lit up at night and it looks more stately and impressive than a 7 series or S class! LEDs galore!

All of the luxury brands were on a separate floor than the mainstream brands at the dc show.

I was at Lincoln display at Detroit, D.C. and Baltimore recently and they had IMPRESSIVE displays at all 3, especially the first 2 shows!!!!

I missed this article when it first appeared here because I was on vacation, so I know this is a rehash. But I do have to wonder how much truth there is here. The renderings are intriguing but we know the statement about using the old S80 platform is completely false. The next generation Taurus and MKS are based on a stretched Fusion/MKZ CD4 chassis. Has anyone heard any new details about this future Lincoln. I may want this to be my next Lincoln in about a year! Which Auto Show will this appear at? The NYIAS or LA? The Lincoln Mark VII in 1984 was the first American car offering flush headlights, anti lock brakes and a turbo diesel engine! Within 5 years everyone else had flush lamps and abs.

I wish people would stop whining! In this newly released photo, the rear light bar looks pretty impressive lit up in the dark!! Just like all of the other recent lLincolns, even the refreshed MKS and dare I say, MKT, look really cool at night. Lincolns are definitely unique in the lighting department. BTW, I hate to disappoint those who haven't been yet, but I was at the D.C. show a week ago and the new Navi was NOT there. It will be in Chicago and presumably then in NYC.

Acura is the most confusing by replacing the TSX with ILX and RL with RLX, so I would assume the next TL will be a TLX???? Also, Infiniti just threw away the whole G-series' brief but illustrious history by calling it a Q now! That pissed me off as a former, proud G35 owner.

Both the U.S. and Asian version have reflector strips in the lower black part of the bumper.

Wonder why their market gets a white light bar instead of our standard red one.
