Can anyone explain how we go back to three shifts next week scheduled for 10.7 but group leaders and utilities work a 5x8 schedule. The silence from our union leadership is concerning.

Update! I can confirm that the covers over the tp in the men’s room have been replaced. We have to make sure the tp is safe but not the employees.

Just so we can keep track of the company’s response, here at CAP nothing has changed. There is no hand sanitizer anywhere and most restrooms have no hot water.

A raise is compounded every year till retirement. A bonus is only for that year. I'm not a math wiz but a $.50 raise over a 10-20 year period is a lot more than any bonus we currently get.

Too much ghetto thrash at CAP. I wish we could go back to one shift. I fear walking out to my car some nights.

This has been going on at CAP for a couple of months now. No Bluetooth, only one headphone, and cell phones in break rooms or picnic tables only.

This is the same guy who, on Tuesday, said the contract mods have already been voted down and it would make sense to vote FOR it to send a message to FMC that we are willing to work with them. I also heard earlier that same day if we approved the mods he would get promoted to international. Seems to me he is doing the very things he said he was going to change. He is only looking out for himself.
