  1. I don't care what they do at this point as long as they do something and follow it through.
  2. I guessed since they weren't dualies........
  3. You forgot M-tex in Midland Texas. They have a shitload of F250s.........
  4. If ads are so important then how did Ford sell 1.5M vehicles last year without them? Lack of ads doesn't make them any less of a commercial success. Some buyers are brand loyal like my brother in law who only buys F350s for 7 crews and himself. Others just want the best price. For most of them this is not their first or truck and they know what they want or don't want.
  5. 99.9% of buyers don't care and most never open the hood. I've had prop rods on multiple vehicles and they never bothered me.
  6. Well since downshifts are computer actuated, what else could it be? Maybe a sensor I guess. For the record I've had no issues at all with my 2018 3.5l ecoboost.
  7. Because a lot of individual tradespeople buy Transits and F150s and F250/350 - plumbers, electricians, delivery services. I think commercial fleet buyers do a lot more research, RFPs, etc. and deal with their fleet sales people. They do a lot more research on capacities and limitations and volume discounts. Totally different buyer. Nobodybuys a fleet of F450s because they saw atv ad. The local dealer is trying to win local fleet sales by showing they have whatever you need.
  8. I just bought and drove the xiaomi su7 on the track. Pretty fast but cornered like a boat. 😂
  9. Do you really think commercial fleet buyers are influenced by tv ads? I don't remember seeing tv ads for bobcats, front end loaders or dump trucks.
  10. Not on the Boxster. But you have to remember it's been stuck in 2017 with no real updates. No siri integration outside apple carplay and reading text messages is super clumsy. But then I drop the top, put it in sport plus mode and hit the twisties and all is well........
  11. Oh please Bob. Ford Pro sold roughly 1.5M units last year worldwide. That's far more than just Transits and software. Why do you ignore F150/250/350/450/650/750 just because they don't have a class 8 entry?
  12. It does save one door switch plus it allows the passenger to control all the windows.
  13. It gets worse. Driving home the other night in the Porsche I was forced to manually dim and brighten my headlamps.
  14. That would cost more because the homelink module is self contained just plug and play with power. No ford software or added wiring required.
  15. I was able to swap out a lariat Visor to get it on my 2018 F150 XLT. I get that a lot of folks don't use it and it's not a dealbreaker but it's darned close. It's a plug and play swap if higher trims have it and the driver's visor has a lighted mirror.
  16. Our 22 Nautilus has 2 buttons - one on the stalk for lane keep assist and one on the wheel for lane centering.
  17. Most likely CD6. Updating Flat Rock would make sense but I thought we would have heard about it already. Maybe it's too soon.
  18. I think it's pretty clear this would be a mustang SUV similar to Mach-E. It doesn't make sense to make a 4 door sedan and not make a SUV to go with it. Maybe they're moving mustang coupe to Mexico and finally closing Flat Rock. Solves 2 factory problems ( Mexico underutilized and FR not flexible). This also helps replace Edge.
