    i'm not sure which is more reliable but that fold flat 3rd row seat in the ford would seal the deal for me - my buddy's wife has a tahoe that she uses for her catering business and she constantly needs to have someone help her remove those back seats - they weigh 55 lbs. !!!!!

    hey all I said was that if they offered it I would buy one - I don't bitch about the lack of said model because I know there's not enough demand for it to exist. Hell, do you know how hard it was to find a full loaded Mazda3 with a stick It seems like most people associate manual transmissions with lower end/cheaper models, especially in this segment (midsize family sedans)

    +1 sticker on the Mazda was just shy of 24k and didn't bother me one bit, granted I paid 20k for it but would've gone as high as 22.5 maybe even 23. It's nice to be able to drive a small, economical vehicle without sacrificing the luxuries of their larger stable mates .

    the 3 comes with either a 2.0 or 2.3 engine, there is no 2.5 -- I would assume they were driving the 2.0 in this test because I drive a 2.3 and let me tell you the milage is nothing to write home about

    i'll run ( drive ) circles around buddy , but it's not about you and me -- to most people a car is simply an appliance, one that needs to operate safely especially when the weather gets ugly and the fact of the matter is that FWD/AWD vehicles are easier to operate in such conditions

    everything outsells the dakota, it's ugly and priced to close to discounted rams sitting on the same lots - a ridgeline in the same situation would not fare any better

    this car is all over the place - back end=chrysler, profile=acura and those rims in the second pic scream ford - front end's not bad, don't know if i like the wrap-around interior

    what's with the 4inch armrest on the driver's door - it seems stupid to assume that an armrest that small would suit drivers of all shapes and sizes - innovative indeed
