Nice review on your Nautilus. I understand that china vehicles have include engine beuty covers sitting on top of the engine. The North American version has omitted this feature. I know that this helps in sound deading of engine componets as well looks great. Are able to get the part # from the back side of yours as I would like to order one. Here we have no listing in the parts guide so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The Canadian and the American reserve Trims 201, 202,203 are identical in content. It is just that Lincoln Canada is gouging the Canadian buyers on the Hybrid option. $1500 vs $3500 . The adjust pricing should be $2000 CAD. Compare the jet package Approx $3000USD vs $3500 CAD . Unacceptable pricing on Hybrids from Lincoln Canada.

Interesting find. I just watched a video of the Chinese 2025 Ford Edge. In the video showing clearly on screen was a complete Power Flow guage on the large center screen. Both the Ford Edge and the Lincoln Nautilus are the same platforms albeit the Edge is streched 7 inches for 3 row seating.

The power guages do not necessarly need to be on th e right side screen . Then can be projected on the center screen or the drivers side screen in front of the steering wheel. This is where the power flow guage is located on Escape hybrids.

Perhaps Ford may install these missing Power Flow and Power Guage via a future OTA updates.

Unfortunately the Hyrids do not have the tachometer in Excite mode.

I would like to see a Tachometer because the vehicle is so smooth driving that you can not tell if it is Electric driving or gas. Even stopped you cannot tell, where as a tach would indicte engine operation.

I have driven many Lincoln corsairs all ice models and I can say i do not find them that quite an interior. That is one reason I ordered a Nautilus Hybrid . The Nautilus Hybrid I drove is very smooth and quite interior. I think itmay be better sound insulation and maybe retuning of the Active Noise Control.

Thanks for the update. It would be interesting to see though as other hybrids have the power flow. I also hope they bring the tachometer to the hybrid like the ICE model in the excite mode.

Hi I have checked out the image on the fuel economy widget and I do see where the electric driving image is displayed for the Power Guage. My question is as per the owners manual they also list a Power Flow display, with the image and descrirtion of where the electric energy is going to ie from the generator to the battery or from the battery to the motor.I have not been able to locate this.It says it is located in apps. Any help on this one please.

Just wanted to ask about the change over from engine operation to electric driving? Is there an on screen indicator to identify when it which mode the vehicle is in? The owners manual indicates a Power gauge on screen but I have yet to find this feature. Your comments please would be appreciated. Thanks

I 'm sure the tooling budget has long been paid off on the Fusion. With no significant change since 2013 to date . The buyers kept dwindling because the vehicle was largely unchanged. The best car vehicle they produced and it was abandoned year after year. In the prime sales were plus 300,000 units per year. Buyers aren't stupid they want something significantly refreshed when it comes time for purchasing not the same old with different color or wheels. Buyers are not all moving away from cars Japanese sell a ton in the US and Canada. Not everyone wants a SUV that is over priced an less fuel efficient. Artificial price gouging of the public for SUV's . Think about it 2 extra pieces of glass and a few more square feet of steel yield thousands and thousands higher price yet all the same convince and optional features on both cars and SUV's.

Go in your message center on the instrument cluster and go to settings and then to rear liftgate and select enable for the outside button to work.

The pics are of 2 different vehicles. If you look at the rear you will see one pic has 2 exhaust pipes clearly. The other pic has a cutout on the drivers side and no exhaust evident. Rember these vehicles could be either an MKS or MKZ as they can use any body shells. These are test mule strictly to test mechanical components , powertrains, calibrations, cooling , hvac. Again they are camoed and driving on city streets to confuse the readers. I remember when the test mules for the Explorers were using Taurus X bodies. Dont read to much into what we all see.

I have a 2010 MKZ in White Platinum . I picked up a touch up bottle from the Ford parts dept. for some stone chips. the colour is a perfect match. All colours are present as well as the gloss layer. No need to worry. One bottle does it all.

Job 1 is the date production starts on a new model year vehicle. Job 2 ,3 are the dates that production starts on the same vehicle but with different or updated engineering changes.

The 2012 Focus does have projector headlights.
