it means it's ordered for dealer stock. If it's for a customer it would say either special order or customer order. Some salesmen will cheat the system a bit and order a customer vehicle as dealer stock when it's something brand new like the new Expedition or the like.
Which isn't good IMO. F-series is the biggest offender as far as order complexity is concerned. They really need to simplify it. Split the order guide for retail and commercial orders if you have to.
They are back to work this week. My friend and best contact isn't there this week as his wife just had a baby. I think they are but I'm not 100% sure what the build mix is.

That's the real reason honestly. The timing should line up perfectly for when the lease on our Focus is about to run out. Unless somehow we come into a little bit of money and get rid of the red one first which I would prefer since it's falling apart again.
