    True, but FOE is profitable, and if the market is really going to start contracting, that's more important. I'm not saying they should let their market share slip away or anything. Go after market share as the market picks back up.

    My bad, I thought it opened after Labor Day. Still, Ford for whatever reason has been delaying the order guides for the Focus for the last few model years.

    One correction, C-Max isn't surviving past the end of production at MAP. Not for North America at least. Also regarding your point on the the Unifor negotiations, that didn't stop Ford from announcing the Focus leaving MAP....

    The telemetry data is (mostly) standalone equipment, and what isn't doesn't have the same receptive features that the FCA software has. The FCA software got hacked by using the OTA update access.

    No. The GTs don't have infotainment systems, which is how the FCA cars keep getting hacked.

    Agreed. They should have never done that in the first place. Though to be fair, IIRC they had to adjust the Fusion's numbers too.

    The only way to prevent that would be to have a third party conduct the voting, and that's definitely not happening any time soon.

    I got shipped back to MAP on June 6th. I had no choice in the matter and I'm still really pissed about it.

    I'm not at FRAP anymore so any info I'm getting out of there now is second hand, but that's certainly a bonus. They've pumped a bunch of money into that plant just for the additional quality checks they require for Lincoln models.
