    I’m very interested to see how it’s gonna play out now that Trump is back in power. I’m concerned how his policies might affect trade with Canada. His administration could very well slap tariffs on Canadian made vehicles as well so I will be watching closely.

    I’m still trying to figure out why the focus was killed in Europe for two bland we selling overpriced MEB CUVS! The more I see things like this the more I realize had Ford proceeded to bring out those two 3 row EVs my plant would’ve went down real quick! FOR GOOD

    I doubt Ford needs another Assembly plant in North America when you’re gonna have BOC underutilized. They’re not gonna build 300000 of anything at BOC for the next little while.

    Price and ugly ass styling are both factors. Like I said if it was made by another manufacturing I believe it totally bombs. It’s a Tesla so the fanboys will buy them.

    I agree with you, they have to find a way to get more capacity into that huge facility so I think your suggestion makes sense.

    I totally agree with you on all of the above. I support this ban even though I’m a Canadian. Then again, America takes the lead and big little Canada follows!

    North America is under capacity if you ask me! FLATROCK one shift and yes I’m aware the roofs are low. Cuatitlan Mach E, one shift?? Blueovalcity will be under capacity. Oakville empty although super duty announced so I don’t think ford maxed out capacity at all.

    I’m at the point after the whole EV cancellation and I have to say POSSIBLE Super Duty plan that anything can happen with Ford lol. So who knows?! I suppose it’s not beyond the realm of possibility lol.

    I totally agree and that’s why a lot of people at OAC were pissed off that ford killed the edge and nautilus there when they could’ve went hybrid earlier. Most of the people at the plant were wondering why ford didn’t go hybrid route first. It amazes me that people who aren’t corporate have more sense than these bigshots at times it seems

    Count on Ford to kill another popular name plate, I wonder how many years those workers will get kicked out when they cancel the escape. Hope this skunkworks product that they’re developing is a real winner.

    I have a picture of the frame but I will not show it I’m too chicken shit. I’m not getting fired for leaking some picture although the product is dead. I don’t know what ford corporate eyes are in this group. I’m already off work til 2026 don’t need to get fired!

    It’s also gonna cost them 2 billion in costs for cancelling the program. I questioned why blueovalcity was even needed but I suppose it makes sense as it’s near battery plant. Fords changing plans too much maybe they’re coming to their senses now. I hope so at least!
