  1. Not sure if this is a first edition, but it's my sons 2021 Velocity Blue.
  2. I like your optimism! So I'll hope for the truck getting here sooner. Where do they off load the trains?
  3. I'm in Metro Van as well, betting 6-8 weeks for my F250.
  4. Hi Cyberdman, Could you please check my order. Order Code J825 VIN 1FT7W2BN6NED48364 Thanks.
  5. I have to disagree with you, 68-69 fast backs blow them all out of the water!
  6. I didn't want 4x4 either but to get all of my options, I had to order it. I used to own a 4Runner for 18 years, and can count on both hands the times I used 4x4. It was nice to have when it snowed, but here in the Vancouver BC area, we don't get tons of snow. I don't think the mpg will be much worse on the newer 4x4's, here's hoping that will be the case!
  7. Chill out dude. He asked for our opinions that's what I gave him.
  8. If you like it, does it really matter what everyone else thinks? It's original and doesn't look all that bad. For me the name has no context JMHO.
  9. I've never been a fan of any extended warranty on any major purchase. If it it buys you peace of mind and can afford it, buy it.
  10. Large corporations not in the tech industry will state this is not their core business and as such do not invest vast amounts of money into it. I have used Cummins software for years and whenever we complain to their field reps about how poor it is, this is their answer, "we are in the engine manufacturing business not the software business".
  11. It's called Just In Time ordering and it's not working to good lately with all the supply chain disruptions. The parts arrive at the plant just in time for assembly, in theory it saves the manufacturers from stocking thousands of parts for extended periods saving money as well. When they can't get the parts in time, the whole thing grinds to a halt.
  12. Ordered my 250 23/11 got scheduled 2/12 build week 31/1. I was stunned by how fast I got scheduled, was expecting March or April minimum to be scheduled.
  13. If anyone thinks these workers are getting a holiday from these shutdowns, give this article a read. Out of chips, out of work: auto workers tell their stories | FierceElectronics
  14. Thanks StevenD19, I thought I read somewhere that they were Continentals, but couldn't find it.
  15. Anyone know what brand the 275/65 18" A/S are equipped on 250's?
  16. Short box dimensions are 81.9" long at the floor and 50.5" between wheel houses.
  17. I would really like to see the Sync 4 with 12" screen available in the 2022 XLT F250. I don't want, or need, to get a Lariat or higher trim, just to get the updated Sync 4.

Hi all, new user to this forum. I've owned several Fords in the past, '69 Cortina was my first, '70 Maverick, '67 Mustang, '83 Ranger and still have a '86 Mustang LX 5.0. I am looking at and considering ordering a F 250 with the 7.3 to replace my '06 Tundra. The Tundra has been a great truck but would like more power to pull my 26 foot trailer in the mountains here in B.C.

New to the forum, I currently own a 1986 Mustang 5.0, previously owned a 1967 Mustang coupe, and a 1983 Ranger. Am considering ordering a F250 7.3 gasser for hauling my RV. My current 2006 Tundra has been a great truck, but I would like a little more power for climbing the mountains here in B.C.
