How long do trucks usually sit waiting to be picked up by the carrier? Currently sitting at Lordstown.

Waiting for the truck to make its 90 mile journey to the dealer. Was scheduled for today now it’s pushed back to 8/30 and the dealerships here are closed on Sundays ?.

Do what’s in your best interest bud. It sucks that it’s really coming down to this with the shot. With the uncertainty with employment status I’d be doing the same thing. Hope everything works out well for you in the end

I believe once it’s changes to in-production it’s locked in. Theoretically you can cancel it and it just becomes a regular stock after it arrives.

The price increase shouldn’t apply as you ordered your truck prior to the price change and removing a option should drop that line item

My code was 19 on a May order. Truck will be delivered at the end of the month. Got my vin in mid June

Used to work for a small outfit that hauled new super duties. 1-2 times week they would bring new vehicles via truck to the Northeast part of the country from either KTP or OHAP. It was a load and go trips

Maybe they’re waiting for enough vehicles going to that dealership or in that general direction to fill a truck?

Ordered a XL F350 with some features Ordered 5\4 confirmed 5/17 in COVP Got scheduled to 8/12 In production 8/3 sales manager is looking at a 8/30 delivery

The sales tax issue varies. I bought a vehicle in another county where the tax rate is less than my residing county and was charged their tax rate.

Well they have access to raw data that clearly showing them that retail orders are overwhelming more demanding that stock orders. But on the other hand how many people want to wait for their vehicle? Unless they plan on having blank shells sitting on shelves ready to go they’re gonna have to do a lot better planing

Depending on options selected, it may of had a issue where they weren’t scheduling trucks with a specific option. For example adaptive steering equipped super duties weren’t being scheduled. Also they weren’t running at full capacity at KTP so that puts a slow down on builds. The next super duty scheduling day is 8/12. Ford seems to pick a handful of orders from a spread of dates and get them built.
