Fiats 500 is European Car of the 2008 which the sexy little car won with a record breaking number of points. With gasoline heading for $100 a barrel and getting close to $4 a gallon its not hard to see why this fun little cars 53 EU MPG around town and 78.5 EU MPG on the open road is going to be a big hit when you fill up with gasoline.

With everybody getting sick and tired of boring bland dull cars being dished up in Europe, most youngsters and governments in Europe would much rather see cars banned off the streets of Europe and everybody use public transport instead. Fiats little 500 which has a big heart and loads of soul looks like it is going turn things around and make the car fun again, folk are going to start to warm to the car again. You now have a car that is packed full of personality & character both inside and out.

Rather than a boring bland dull typical A-B cold soulless jellymould. Fiats 500 is a victory for the car in Europe. With all this years supply of 500s already sold out just 3 weeks after it was launched in July, and another 100,000 already on order for next year in Europe, Fiats got a bit of a winner on its hands.

Lol, what's Ford doing with their Ka?

The Fiat 500 has won the most prestigious of all awards, European Car of the Year 2008, l bet there are a LOL at Fiat on monday

Looks like Ford might have move Ka to out of Fiats Plant in Poland as the Fiat 500 was only ever built for 40,000 units a year sales and pre-orders could hit 190,000 units next year as supply can't cope with the demand.

When every other car has boring bland black or grey interiors, Fiats 500 has changed interiors from black and white to colour TV.

What do you think of the Lincoln Continental hybrid 100 MPG Lincoln

Yeah, I've had more than enough of the current lame colors used in interiors, it's about time someone came in and broke the routine.

I didn't check that topic yet.

I'm just surprised that they went to that routine in the first place. If you look at cars from the 50s and 60s and 70s, they weren't nearly as bland.
