rmc523
LINK Already posted in another thread (I think it was the Explorer America thread, actually) The few glimpses of the F-150 we see are what we've already seen in the spy shots a month or so ago. range
In that video there's two additional vehicles yet to be unveiled. They are hidden under blue covers. I wonder what they are, they look B sized. Edited January 7, 2008 by range
rmc523
In that video there's two additional vehicles yet to be unveiled. They are hidden under blue covers. I wonder what they are, they look B sized. I saw 3 total, maybe 4. Pause the video at about 24 seconds in, theres a squarish b-size looking car (Bronco?), then at 31 seconds, look between Horbury and the Explorer it appears there might be a blue covered car, then if you continue on pause it again at around 1:30 into it, there are two more concepts, one appears to be sporty looking, but small (Reflex?), the other to the left of that one looks larger, I'm kinda thinking Mustang or Fusion, but I dont know. I didn't spot those before, good find. Edited January 7, 2008 by rmc523
range
yea, it looks like 3 or 4 blue covered vehicles, one with the distinct box shape, interesting.

igor
Well we already know that the NA Fiesta will be at the auto show...when does the Detroit Auto show start? NA Fiesta was not under a tarp in that event, Igor
rmc523
NA Fiesta was not under a tarp in that event, Igor So it's possible there are 4 unknown products there? My guesses are: Bronco (square one) Reflex type vehicle - (sporty one on right) 1 unknown (smaller one next to square one) Mustang or Fusion? (larger one to left of sporty one) Either way, if there are even 3 b-cars, I'd say Ford is making up for lost time. I was not at the event - so I did not see the cars 1st hand (my boss did) - but I would not assume the cars under the tarps are subcompact - they are far away from the camera and perspective can play tricks on you. Igor That is a good point as well. I cant wait until the 13th, so we'll actually be able to see these things.

suv_guy_19
NA Fiesta concept embargo ends in a week - just like the 09 F150. Igor Well, I would assume it would have to be there for the embargo to end on the same day as the F150 that is there.
rmc523
Well, I would assume it would have to be there for the embargo to end on the same day as the F150 that is there. Obviously any embargo is going to end in a week, that's when the press gets to look at everything (the 13th).

Yeah, but what I mean is, because the embargo ends the same day for the B car as for the F150, that pretty much says it is at that auto show. That was all. Moosetang
I doubt the boxy one is the Bronco, its proportions make it look much more like a Transit. The others under-tarp I can't really make a good guess for.
Furious1Auto
LINK I hope this is not another tease! The body styling is spot on, but that interior will never make it to market! (compass, OMG) There are much smaller digital compasses, and it doesn't even look comfortable. Did anyone notice the absence of side mirrors? They must have outfitted it with camera's!
