rmc523
You mean the Ranger that won't be around anymore? That's what I was thinking. An article I read about it said it could either tow or haul (can't remember which) more than a Tacoma and will be pretty efficient.

J-150
only competition if it is priced 25% below the current offerings. Same as the Chinese. People won't pay the same for a vehicle they think is second rate.
92merc
Funny, the Indians are at least announcing they will be making a hybrid version. Toyota, Nissan, Honda won't even go that far. Much less E85 potential. And everyone bashes US trucks. Whatever. I hope the Indians make a good go of it. Ford needs some reason to change the Ranger. rmc523
Another item - They will have a company assemble the knocked down kits for these trucks in Ohio. Who? Where? According to this article: http://www.leftlanenews.com/mahindra-to-se...ckup-in-us.html , Mahindra developed the truck's interior with the Lear Corporation of Michigan. Sorry, I thought thats what you were thinking of. This article says the plant in Ohio hasn't been named.
