P71_CrownVic
The powerful 4.6L I guess 235HP out of a 4.6 liter V8 is considered "powerful". The factory HD wheels ------------------ That buy it now price is WAY TOO HIGH! MAX, I would probably pay $2500 for it. It still has A LOT of life left in it though. Ovaltine
It looks so sweet and I want a vic exactly like that would you consider buying it like that. http://cgi.ebay.com/Ford-Crown-Victoria-20...1QQcmdZViewItem http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHa_jqxnn4o Jake: What is this? Elwood: What's what? Jake: (pause) This car. This stupid car. Where's the Cadillac? (Throws cigarette lighter out the window) The Caddy, where's the Caddy? Elwood: The what? Jake: The Cadillac we used to have! The Bluesmobile! Elwood: Traded it. Jake: You traded the Bluesmobile for this piece of shit? Elwood: No ... for a microphone. Jake: A microphone? [Pause] Okay, I can see that. But what the hell is this? Elwood: I picked it up at the Mount Prospect police auction last spring. It's an old Mount Prospect police car. They were practically giving them away. Jake: Well thank you, pal. The day I get out of prison, my own brother comes to pick me up in a police car. Elwood: You don't like it? Jake: (Very long pause) No, I don't like it. <dialogue after jumping a drawbridge> Jake: Car's got a lot of pickup. Elwood: It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. So what do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what? Jake: Fix the cigarette lighter. I think Jake and Elwood would approve of the CV as the new Bluesmobile.... -Ovaltine Edited September 18, 2008 by Ovaltine
SVT_MAN
Would I buy it? No. There wouldn't be a point for me to buy one. I already have two cars.
Edstock
Both headlights have been replaced and poorly fitted, and the hood opening gap is twice as wide on the passenger side.

Does Carfax cover police cars, ie government vehicles?

V8-X
I'd go for this which popped up on the page with it:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...52BSI%26otn%3D2 Dang, the T-Bird looks clean for $4K. Notice the hood alignment is off slightly, but guess that could be fixed easily enough. If I had the cash and wife would allow, I would look into that car.
