lfeg Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 Fuel mileage depends on useage. A good example is a local village PD, with their documented 6 to 9 MPG fuel economy on CVs. Does that mean all CVs get lower fuel economy than the gas tanker it takes to fuel them? No, just that these particular ones have a horrible duty cycle.
