Sixt9coug
A friend of mine sent me these pics on his way home. First of all, the guy has balls to be driving a roadster in the rain, but what the hell kind of car is it? Looks Lotus-ish, but i dont ever remember seeing a tail like that on one. NickF1011
Looks like a Lamborghini clown car. They could call it the Pagliaccio.

V8-X
Kit car? Kit car...Fiero based?? Agreed! My neighbors son has a Fiero based Lambo Kit Car, or at least had one when he moved out. Poor thing had to be towed away.
Sixt9coug
not so sure about Fiero. Theres an awful lot of space between the back of the seats and the rear tires. I dont remember a Fiero having an engine compartment that big.

It's a Pelosimobile! It is a dual fuel vehicle. It will run on hot air or flatulence.
92merc
Definitely has an ugly ass end. End looks totally comical. SO I'll agree with the others. Clown college car. Maybe even a post graduate clown college car.
rmc523
First of all, the guy has balls to be driving a roadster in the rain.... Actually, if you're going fast enough, the rain will go over you, so you don't get wet....it's happened to me before when I get caught in a downpour from nowhere with the top down (South Florida weather...). Of course when you stop to put the top up (if he even has a top for it/with him - luckily just a button to put it up for us), then you get wet, but driving fast enough, you'll stay dry for the most part. That's why you try to stop under an overpass, but understand those are always readily available.
Bleed Blue
My guess is it's "the good looking" version of a Chevrolet SSR. OK, cheap shot but dang that's ugly!
rmc523
That's why you try to stop under an overpass, but understand those are always readily available. You know that's a good thought, but the area I got caught at there were no overpasses for a while, so I had to get off at the first exit I could (which was the exit I was going to get off at anyways). It was strange though, I was driving home one night; it was a nice night, but a little cold - no rain in sight, so I decided to put the top down. Then I'm driving down the highway and all of the sudden (literally out of no where) I see this haze further down the road and I'm like great it's rain - which at that point as I just explained, it was too late to try to stop anywhere but the exit. It wasn't a light sprinkle either, it was pouring down rain. Anyways...I was fine, but got a little wet while stopped putting the top up - takes 33 seconds - but a long 33 sec if you're being rained on. Roadrunner
I'm surprised nobody saw the Speed Racer Mach 5 resemblance: Not the same front, but it sure looked like the same back end.

Hmm, I didn't notice that before. The "design" is almost the same, although the proportions are off. Good eye.
