PREMiERdrum
Toyota's "idea" of sporty cars... Yikes. That's an idea they should have kept to themselves.
Hydro
aww come on those are awesome. The stickers add another 40hp and the high school kids will drool over them. Edited January 18, 2011 by Hydro
V8-X
Great, can't wait to see the youngins sporting these things in the coming years. Simply more trash to fill the roadways.
White99GT
Toyota doesn't understand "sporty" anymore. Even the LF-A is completely unimpressive considering the price.

They haven't gotten it for well over a decade now. The last Celica was a turd. The current Scion tC is just a rebirth of the turd Celica. The MR-Spyder had a slushy suspension and no power. The Solara was...well...the Solara. The last good sporty Toyota was the Supra.

rileytrotter
The optional Fart Can tailpipe is connected to a recording of a Mustang GT exhaust at full throttle. My 2011 Explorer just crapped one of those this morning.
atomcat68
When i saw the title of, "Toyota's sporty cars", I expected to open a blank thread... After seeing that Prius, I wish I did see a blank thread.
630land
Todays teens don't care about sporty cars. They're into Facebook, iPods, iPads, and video games. I've seen stories of kids not wanting to even get a licence, since they don't have desire to drive, just sit and text all day on weekends. No more 'cruising' as the old days. OTOH, state laws make it hard for under 19 to get a DL, and insurance companies are charging outragous rates for teens. So, no more teen car culture.
