Apparently they issued orders for Ford to withhold the child support from his pay and she is saying Ford hasn’t done this for whatever reason. How many times should she have to go to court to get people to comply with the courts orders? If the court ordered it, it is very likely the payments are taken out of his check and stuck in the system between Ford and Comera Bank. Her husband needs to take care of that. Ford doesn't like to talk to spouses about an employee's file. I think that woman just made her prospects a great deal harder by posting what she did-whether it is justified or not. If anyone knows this Edwin guy get him on here. Then all the dirty laundry will come out. They could battle it out in public like Dora wants it. Dude, that's a good way to watch someone get shot. I'm a father that pays support through ford to FRO and it comes off my cheque and if i'm in arrears they will take half of my cheque until it is paid, they even take support off my sub pay, so if buddy is working u shouldn't have a problem getting your money unless he isn't working, maybe it hasn't gone threw ford yet but eventually you will get it. i dont know how he got away with paying so little support cause in Canada if i had to pay support for five kids it would be $1500+ a month. But when you have someone who deliberately tries to hurt your children that's not good.... I want to know how can he work and my children not receive their money... I feel bad for alot of men who has to live paycheck to paycheck... That's unfair.... Unfortunately the justice system doesn't work consistently..... Tell me, my support is based on 58 hours a week. I have not worked that in 4 years and have remarried and have another child with my new wife. During a recent recalculation (which according to state law I am entitled to every 3 years) my daughter is not is not taken into account, as far as the state is concerned she does not exist. Now the county court system is challenging the Attorney Generals authority to do these recalculations. My support dropped from $1000.oo to $370 effective May 1, I applied for the reduction in November, it has still not taken affect and is bankrupting me and I am about to lose my home over all this, throwing me, my wife and our 6 year old daughter on the street. The state has asked my ex to voluntarily return the over payments to me but she says once the new order is signed she will. to little to late by then. Coming from someone who just ended paying child support, she needs to get a life, anyone asked her if she has a new boyfriend or husband? does she work FT(i hope so)? i was 100% faithful in paying what i owed and never missed and I still got shit on by my ex, and please cut the"its for the kids" line, they obviously are fed and clothed so they are hurting that much, she just "wants" more period. boo hoo so do i but i don't start this thread to cry about what i don't have.
