  1. Canadian fusion with extended warranty. I can't see service because it is Canadian.
  2. So we had the "I" fall off on the passenger side. So I took it to the dealer. Oh well he said it happens after you've had the car a while and washed it. I told the jerk I bought the car yesterday. We had this problem with the Escapes back in 2001 with the door lettering. Found that they need to use a machine on the line to apply the correct pressure. I wondered if they aren't able to because of the energi badge below. Either way after 2 weeks my "I" will be put on tomorrow.
  3. Sounds to me like the greatest sales pitch ever. Eh we can't get it to start so 10000 or you can buy a new one. Well what's your choice. Oh company car let me show you fleet deals. The duratecs are some of the easiest engines to work on in my opinion after working on thousands of 3.0l.
  4. Break in should be in the manual. Please follow it and don't take anyone's advice.
  5. Those sensors are basic sonic sensors such as in the rear of older cars. Its there for the front parking assist and it drives me nuts when I'm in the McDonalds drive thru. They are also used for the active park assist. Cross traffic is radar based behind the rear bumper.
  6. Dearborn plant, the only plant that assembles the raptor, is slated for shutdown due to part shortages. This will put all truck orders further behind than they already are. I believe the hold is engines for regular trucks but if they arent building anything then no raptors.
  7. Well I believe we get the van. As to how that screws over Avon I dont know since Loisville screwed us by taking the Escape. They have to move product around so there is no down time while retooling plants. Cant afford to have product off market for 8 months. The real question is what will Avon get if we do get the van?
  8. What phone do you have? Niether my wifes or my phone would pair. I have the epic galaxy s she has an older version. What we found with my dealers help is android wont work with the phone book do to the samsung ui. If I didnt download the phonebook the phones work fine. Its been 4 months now with no problems except its a pain in the ass to dial out.
  9. Snow and ice in St Joe, Mo. Id say it handled as expected. We've had a few AWD explorers and I say it felt like them. The throttle tip in on the SHO is pretty long so unless I really stepped on it the traction control never came on. The only problem we had was one hill at holiday park which was a sheet of ice and we slid right on down into the cross street. I want some deep snow and no kid in the car so I can really go play but this car is huge and should be driven carefully wet or dry. It has the stock Goodyear tires and we don't plan on changing so we'll see how they do when we get some deep snow.
  10. For those who do not get to hear the good reviews. I Love My Taurus Sho! And now tested in the snow I won't be able to drive it further....the wife will be driving it forth with! Back to the old, cold, noisy diesel. or her focus...bleh! untitled.bmp
  11. Nothing well almost nothing beats the sound of that vic v-8 lump!
  12. This already seems bogus to me. The only reason the Taurus recieved 4 stars was a 1.6% difference in rollover from the Sonata. Is 1.6% that different? That could just be the quality of the tires!
  13. Woops road and track not c&d. Even they got me confused.
  14. First off great going on the new mustang! I may get rid of mine just for that 5.0! Next Road and Track had to retract those Fiesta numbers because most automobile writers can not do math. New numbers are in Apr. issue pg. 22 and run at 34 mpg.
  15. "When we asked our voters which SUV they’d pick if they had to drive to L.A. tomorrow, two pointed fingers at the Mariner." They gave it a "1" for amenities. What it didnt have A/C? No power windows? Just for having Sync I think it deserved a "9"!
  16. I had to call my broker years ago when RAND reported that we make $74 an hour. I was espcially angry because now my chauffuer and maid now knew my true fortune. Luckily after the last round of pay cuts I had to lay off the chauffer and cut the maid to part time. Get real my wife and I both have to work full time to lead a decent life! It pains me when everyone knows what I make and yet noone else has to reveal what they make ala managment! I aint bitchin. Its still better then when I worked at Mcdonalds on the hamburger assembly line.
  17. AMEN TO THAT! And please dont forget to add the engineer and your supervisor who throws you out, because the engineer said it was doable!
  18. Does anybody read our national and local contracts. They know are pay ($74 phr). They know we are evil blood economy sucking freeloading UAW members. What else will it take?. If the problems are solved then no strike. The strike vote for our local was only for 2009 SUV work allocation. Thank You!
  19. I encourage the majority of you that can understand this to call or write your UAW leadership and tell them that you are willing to make SOME changes NOW! Do not listen to the extremists and radicals. Do not get caught up in the MOB rule, the peer pressure. Listen to Bob King. Give him the respect he deserves. Do not boo him off the stage when he wants to talk to you. I spoke with him in Las Vegas and at Cobo when I was a delegate and he is a Damn good, brilliant man. Again, I know a lot of others that if they could turn back time, they would think a little more clearly. You still have it pretty darn good. Good Luck and God Bless you ALL!!! How about F#$K You! Mullay = over 10000 an hour Me = 29 a hour The UAW is not the reason for any of Fords problems past present, and probaly wont be in the future! Oh yeah and God bless you troll!
  20. They needed the check box that said "HELL NO"
  21. Yeah youll have a product making 14 dollars an hour! Loser!
