    I agree in principle but we need 1 change to the current law: If I am in an accident with someone who is not wearing their seatbelt I cannot be held liable for their injury or death nor can my insurance company. If you don't want to buckle up then whatever happens is your liability, not mine or my insurance company's. Same for motorcyclists without helmets.

    Not feeling the dash, especially the climate controls/shifter. Reminds me of a Corsica rental car but maybe that's just the grey plastic. I hope it's actually darker and closer to black than grey - I've seen that in some interior pictures where black looks grey.

    Don't ignore the Fusion and Escape deals. I'm sure a lot of folks are walking in planning to get a Fiesta or Focus and walking out with a Fusion or Escape for just a little bit more. I'll take more profit on less volume every day of the week and twice on Sunday. They'll just adjust production to match demand. I don't expect huge incentives.

    Why does Lincoln need to be "saved" in the first place? It's not dead. Why is it that one car can't save Lincoln but one car did apparently save Cadillac (CTS)? Why would anyone even say such a thing when Lincoln has already announced plans for major dealership revamps and at least 7 new vehicles on the way.

    I think it was around 175 for the 2.5L NA, around the same for the 1.6L EB but with better fuel economy. 237 for the 2.0 EB. 47/44 for the hybrid 2.0L.

    Leather may be colder or hotter for a minute or two but it quickly adjusts to your body temperature. You never hear of cows being too hot or too cold - do you?

    It was 19 a couple of weeks ago. We have winter - it just not as long as yours.

    I have piano black trim in my 06 Fusion - hardly ever clean it and it looks fine. It's not a problem. Just like people who don't have leather seats who insist that leather seats are cold in the winter - that isn't true either.

    There is no standard - it varies from vehicle to vehicle even on U.S. only models. It depends on where the engineers decide to position the gas tank and filler neck.

    I thought (and the website says) the C-Max is only available as a hybrid or plug-in hybrid. Yet the order guide only shows a 2.5L NA engine and 1.6L Ecoboost engine. WTF?
