  1. I think it's just the opposite. I think those cheesy ones you mentioned that the Mass State Police use are the optional ones. I've only seen the ones pictured in the wild myself.
  2. Your car is still unscheduled because it's a retail order. Retail orders aren't scheduled until the OK TO BUY is given, which is usually 3-6 weeks after production begins. Only dealer stock cars are built to start.
  3. given the past 2 model years and the fact that none of the big 3 give a crap about small cars anymore, i would imagine that would come out as late as absolutely possible.
  4. as i just drove under an I-75 interchange and already saw a truck loaded with them heading north
  5. Right. By default, that means some building currently being used may no longer be used and demolished. (We pretty much said the same thing )
  6. 10 speed tranny is coming in 2018, it's a refresh year. The 2.7 however, is not and will never be a replacement for the 5.0 in the Mustang. The day they drop the V-8 from the Mustang is the day they stop making them. Sales would die overnight. For more information see Ford Probe.
  7. Do you know when you guys are supposed to get here? I'm Wondering if your arrival means I (unfortunately) go back to MAP. I say unfortunately because I really would rather stay here.
  8. I haven't had a chance to sit in one on account of the 30 engineers always hovering around, but the back seat definitely looks bigger than the MKT. I have been in the backseat of that one and I agree, it does leave something to be desired for a vehicle of its size.
  9. That's the same conclusion I came to with our new Focus vs the Sony system in the ST. It's enough of an upgrade to make most people happy, but like akirby said, audiophiles will be disappointed.
  10. The Sony ones are a bit different from the "stock" speakers. The Sony ones have a plastic cone while the rest are paper.
  11. Yes. In fact, the build and price is up on Lincoln.com.
  12. I highly doubt that. If such a thing exists, it's definitely used cars. The models with the recalls are all older. The would most likely be fixed and eventually be able to be resold.
  13. It looks awesome in silver too. I'd take a pic of the one on the line right now if it weren't for the 30 engineers hovering around I.
  14. I thought that was only because they wanted it out in the Continental first. Could be wrong though.
  15. I'm starting to get the impression that the 3.0/Black label are "late availability" items. I'll see if I can get an answer out of someone about it today.
  16. From what I can tell, and what I've heard, Ford is retaining all of their existing properties. They will be demolishing buildings they will no longer be using and repurposing the land for other uses.
  17. Wouldn't surprise me if it was a preproduction unit. They've been testing around Dearborn for months now.
  18. Drive down I-75 through downtown. The brand new section near the Ambassador Bridge is already looking rough and its only been what, 5 years since it opened?
  19. GT350 is irrelevant because it's not sold in Europe. Only US, Canada, Mexico and some Middle Eastern countries.
